Ferret Lover

As you can see from my Google name, I am a ferret lover.☺ I adopted two ferrets a few years ago from this Pet Supermarket and got all their necessary supplies (their cage, bags of food, hammocks, etc) all at decent prices for what they were. I have also experienced great service every time I have been there, very helpful and kind staff in every regard that Ive needed help. Theyre obviously very good at hiring people at this Pet Supermarket and according to other reviews they would agree with me on these subjects.☺ I am also a general animal lover and own a wonderful, beautiful cat that I got at a different Pet Supermarket where I found out that the cats they have are not bought from breeders, the pound actually gives Pet Supermarket cats to be adopted out to loving animal mommies and daddies like me and my husband when we adopted our beautiful, fluffy black cat, Delilah. Just adding in that I really, really like the fact that the cats that they do get are not like in other pet stores, especially smaller pet stores where they use breeders or worse, mills (will not go into detail about that) and actually take poor kitties that need to be adopted from the pound where people will mostly be at instead of randomly walking into a pound. Oh, and, of course, we have other animals, a Betta fish whom Ive always bought his aquarium pebbles and food and aquarium things like fake plants and aquarium thing-a-ma-bobs, try to buy our cats special food at Pet Supermarket all the time, and have multiple times needed to get a special harness, new dog collars, dog treats and many, many squeaky toys, tennis balls, and just other doggie stuff like the adorable iced dog biscuits that are generic when it isnt a holiday, but when it is a holiday like Christmas, their individually made and sold as doggie biscuits that look like wreaths or candy canes and around St. Patricks day, shamrock-looking doggie biscuits, Valentines, hearts, etc, etc, etc that have been needed to get for my gorgeous German Shepherd ♡ Anyway, all of this was just to say along with my wonderful ferret stuff, all the other animal supplies Ive needed have been at decent prices as well and Ive always had great assistance and witness very nice employees working there.☺ Thanks to this Pet Supermarket and just other Pet Supermarkets in general for having an obviously good hiring policy, having happy employees that are nice and helpful and having nice prices, clean stores and most importantly, happy customers like me! So sorry this has been so long, I tend to go over the top in proclaiming my happiness for a business on the Google reviews. THE DOG TRAINER RECOMMENDED AT THIS STORE, LARY FROM BREED MASTERS DOG TRAINING IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, A CROOK!!!!!!! EXPENSIVE, AND ONCE YOU PAY HIM HE DOES NOT CARE.... ALL HE CARES IS ABOUT YOUR MONEY. AND SINCE HE REQUIRES YOU PAY HIM WITH A CHECK YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK EVEN IF HE DOESNT TRAIN YOUR DOG. NOT ONLY DID HE NOT RETURN OUR MONEY HE TOOK THE ECOLLAR WE PURCHASED FROM HIM WHICH WAS NOT WORKING "BACK" TO EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER ONE AND DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE IT TO US NOW!!!!! Not only did we trust him with our dogs, and welcomed him into our home, but paid him over $2,000 to train our dogs. He came to our home approximately 4 times. At times showed up and stayed for NO more than 20 minutes....... Was NEVER following up with us. My husband and I both are self employed and have successful businesses, with great customer service and reviews. This guy on the other hand has NO customer service skills, no people skills for that matter... I guess thats why he "works" with dogs. Let me go on to his training method........ Since my dog is very active he then suggested we try the training with an eCollar.. An eCollar is an electronic collar. Basically something I could have figured out by myself. Again, we trusted in him and paid another $500 and sum for the 2 eCollars. We tried training with the eCollar and one of the eCollars stopped working... He took it with him and said he would get a new one, at which time he never came back. I called him over 3 times to book another training session and he said he would call me back when he got home and never did. My husband tried calling him at which point he was EXTREMELY RUDE, YELLED AT HIM AND HUNG UP ON HIM. Ive tried calling him myself several more times to get our eCollar back and he literally yells at me and hangs up on me!!!! I am NOT one to comment or review businesses, but I will go out of my way to make sure EVERYONE knows what kind of a CROOK this guy is!!! DO NOT give this guy money!!! Once he has it he literally does NOT care what you have to say!!!!!

Place is the best! They give so much attention to the animals especially the parrots and budgies! They have the best animals there and th budgies are the best part, they are babies and after a few days you put them in a corner sorrounded by your hands and they will trust you forever. My first budgie from there was already tamed and has been with me eversince 05/23/15 I named him Azul. You guys also reccomend vets and everything. I am proud to rate all stars!!!!

I have a "special needs" dog- and his needs seem to keep changing. Yet every time I go there and tell them what I need now- they always find what I need. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and there is a large variety of specialized dog and cat foods. Store is clean and laid out well. Friendly pets on a leash are always welcome!

This store is always clean. They have training for owners and their dog as well. The prices are fair and they really seem to love the animals..we go here every few weeks or so.
