Just about anything you need in this one square block and strip mall. Theres a CVS Pharmacy, the cable company, phone stores, a dentist on the back side of the mall, Penn Station restaurant, and AutoZone across the street, Krispy Kreme donuts is within walking distance of this mall. Burger King right across the street, Public Library also right across the street. Theres much more and I cant remember it all.

The only reason I would ever go here is for convenience. Kroger moved down Dixie, the subway usually hooks you up and the sallys is alright. Everything else...Ill go elsewhere for or I just dont go to those stores. There used to be a lot more bums around asking for money, but since kroger moved, it slowed down a lot. Still pretty sketchy though and its a pretty crappy shopping center in my opinion.

There is two different shoe stores in this strip mall city gear , and finish line and I didnt think either one of them had any good selection shoe wise but I also was looking for a Pacific pair of shoes. The new girl jordan 12s grey,white,and black. But I had to go all the way out by my house to the Jefferson mall at footlocker to find them.

This one square block of a strip mall, has everything you could need. Theres doctors offices, a dentist, a Walgreens, a CVS Pharmacy, Spectrum cable, place to get your haircut, a grocery, a Krispy Kreme within walking distance, and much more then I can remember. This little strip mall area has it going on!

Kroger as the anchor store is now gone. Small shops still hanging in there though. I would try to visit only during daylight hours as it is not well lit and is slightly dodgy area. CVS is still right on the corner and Harbour Freight is still there for a quick goto tool place.

Was visiting the T-Mobile in this shopping center. Overall the center is in need of clean up and possibly a security officer. There is a lot of traffic in the center from cars and people walking. Keep you valuables hidden.

Ive worked in this center before in one of the shops to start off. Without Kroger this center is truly a waste for me. The parking lot is unkept and the boutiques have some of the most nastiest workers to match.

The only thing I dont like about Southland Terrace is the fact that they got rid of the Krogers that was a food store for that neighborhood and they needed there they need a food store in that neighborhood.

Its always nice to have a Kroger grocery store by. I consider it a "daily double", when there is a GameStop in the same shopping center. Southland Terrace is an excellent plaza to shop for my daily needs.

Worked there 21 years. Good people there; most all their careers. Store is old; built in62; but remodeled & expanded several times. Once was the #1 or #2 in sales for about half of every year.

This is a place to go and shop for shoes and they have a rainbows clothing store. Nice area for getting a few shopping errands done.
