This mall is a good companion to its sister, Mall St. Matthews, next door. The selection of stores is different at each mall. As of this writing, the center court of the mall is being remodeled. It looks great, but the new clean, white, contemporary look clashes with the wings of the mall that have a more Earthy look. Perhaps the rest of the mall will be updated later. Some have suggested that this mall caters to the middle-age crowd while the sister mall next door grabs the younger crowd by the ear and says "hey... look at me." While I see people of all ages at both malls, I would agree with this assumption.

I stopped going here when I got a flat tired and they gave me the run around on getting it replaced using the warranty. First I was told I had to call the tire company. The tire company told me the repair center takes care of it. A guy in the main building said he would take care of it. What he meant is he would tell the first guy to do it. Finally the manager gave me a loaner tire while I waited for the new tire to come in.

This is more of an upscale mall but they do have more kid friendly place than other malls, only more expensive. The food court on the other hand, is full of variety and they have a great area for the kids to play. I go here more to walk and for play time. People often refer to Oxmoor as the housewives mall but Ill leave that up to you. The Disney store, Teavana and the Apple store seem to be the most popular by far to visit.

Its still a good mall, dont get me wrong, but this location used to have an entire mezzanine level that had a food court with a Tumbleweed, Sbarro, more restaurants and a few more stores. There was also increased competition between this mall and Mall St. Matthews to be a better overall shopping experience until the malls were brought under the management of the same owners.

I think the nicest shopping mall in Louisville. You could tell by what shops were in the mall. Well kept and clean however not particularly very big. Not really any food or coffee options either. If you are an out of towner and have no car - not particularly easy to get to. An Uber from Downtown is about $18. Not sure if thats worth it.

This mall has transitioned to a more high class hoity toity mall in my opinion. There used to be a food court and a very nice game store that have since been removed. I realize I am not the target demographic for this mall, so I will refrain from visiting and instead take my business down the street to Mall Saint Matthews.

Nice mall with a good selection of stores. Oxmoor is located across the interstate from Mall St Mathews they have some similar stores (Victorias secret, etc) but mostly they have different stores. Oxmoor is the not "upscale" of the two with it mainly having higher end more expensive stores (Macys, Apple store, etc).

This is my favorite between Mall St. Matthews and Oxmoor. I like the atmosphere better here and I think it is cleaner. The shops suit me well too. There is a good variety of affordable and more expensive. I also feel this mall is more kid friendly than St. Matthews.

I love the set up of this mall. The walk ways are very large and open so it never feels crowded. While there are a couple dining options there is no actual foodcourt, this helps keep the crowd level down as well. Great stores, this was a very calm shopping experience.

Fair number of mid-upscale places but compared to sister mall Mall At. Matthews its a bit obvious its a dying mall (or at least diminished from its prime). In particular loss of the food court seems to have cut the heart out of this mall

Probably the most family friendly mall in the area. They dont have as many stores as the Mall St. Matthews. If youre looking for clothes, makeup, and other accessories (ie purses) thats pretty much all this mall has

Hands down best mall in Louisville. With many of the malls becoming run down, infested with crime, and in all being an eye sore it is nice to have a mall that actually looks nice and doesnt make you feel unsafe.

One of, if not THE, best places to shop in Louisville. It has several large department stores and a good amount of good smaller stores. Its a great place for gift shopping because of the variety of stores.

A nice mall with a lot of shops. Its considerably calmer and more relaxed that Mall St Matthews, which is very nearby. Parking is also quite a bit easier, and the entrance is easier to get to and from.

i love shopping here there are a variety of stores, but they dont have a food court like the st mathews mall. and all they have is great american cookies and auntie annes pretzels which is pretty good.

Oxmoor is typical gigantic indoor mall with Von Maur, Macys and Sears as anchor stores. Its well managed, clean but food selection is limited. Restrooms are smaller but clean and parking is plentiful.

Best mall in Louisville and the most kid friendly one as well. Lots of great shopping for parents and kids. Small enough that you dont get overwhelmed. Good dining options and nice kids play area too.

Very peaceful and laidback today. Got jeans on sale at NY&Co. Kids ordered CPK, yay I dont have to cook. Daughter found her favorite scent at Bath & Body. Starbucks has a new latte. Happy hump day!

This isnt a really bad mall but it used to be a lot better. There used to be way more food options as will as a game store. I stop by every now and then but really prefer other malls in Louisville.

There arent a lot of stores Im interested in, but its a safe, pleasant place to walk or take the kids to play when the weather isnt ideal. This is also our favorite place for trick-or-treating!

Both of Louisvilles Malls are still lively and oxmoor underwent a renovation recently removing the second floor and improving the look and feel of the center. No food court is a downside

Its a mall, pretty traditional in that fact, but compared to the mall down the street, is the "higher end" mall. Nice stores, some of which are pricey, but overall a good place to shop.

Visited the mall to do some shopping. Mall is not large and did not have all the stores I was hoping to visit. The location is clean and overall inviting. Will likely shop here again.

Never have enough souffles. If youre not there by 930 you will not get any. 2 times in 1 week arrive 940 or 945 and cant get whats suppost to be available until 1030. Wont be back

its a mall, there is shopping, and its clean. Suburbia at its finest. This mall houses some of the more pricey shops like Banana Republic, so dont go in expecting a bargain.

The Oxmoor center is by far my favorite Mall in Kentucky or Indiana! It has such high standards in matainance and facilities quality assurance! I am never disappointed here!
