Just your average middle American mall. Sure, thanks to the availability of photos, you can just judge based on the cleanliness, layout, vacancies, variety of shops, and other features. Given that this mall will soon be 50 years old, its doing reasonably well for an environment littered with alternatives from online/mobile shopping to big box stores nearby, in which case their proximity is a good thing since it can compliment visitors who couldnt find something there to head on over. Unfortunately, the lack of a food court is a major drawback, along with the lack of any real entertainment options besides your standard GameStop and Books-A-Million. Otherwise, standard mall fare with a few scattered vacancies. Im sure some of those likely would fill in during the year-end holiday season as pop-ups, but Muncie Mall makes a good representative of the state of the indoor shopping mall throughout America.

Reminds me of the mall from my hometown. Thrived for a long time. Well-known stores filled the mall. Eventually these stores leave and get taken over by a smaller business. Fast forward most of the mall is small businesses. Then no business at all at the mall. I hope this mall sticks around. I love going into the mall through the bookstore entrance. There is a small cafe inside and smells good when going into the mall. Nice selections of books here as well. Lots of guide books on growing weed. This mall also has those weird cart animals that kids ride around. Theyre great.

I wish this mall had more vegan-friendly, or even vegetarian-friendly, food. To be fair, almost any area, restaurant, or grocery store in Muncie is this way. However, when youre at the mall, you want everything to be in close proximity. Would you want to have to leave the mall every time you get hungry? I know its a small population that has this problem, but the mall should still make an effort to keep our business.

I definitely missed the Muncie Mall of old. Growing up this was the place to be. Now it feels like a quarter of the stores are empty. Its really too bad. Sure they still have the standard stuff, Sears and what not, and the bookstore is great as usual. I do enjoy a Blondies cookie whenever Im tgere. But it just feels so dated. Im not quite sure if its this particular mall, or the mall Concept in general.

Some good stores, but very few that stand out enough to draw you there on a frequent basis. As a mall its small, but its also clean and easy to get around. No associated theater and not much associated dining, but those options are nearby. Cute country store, decent kitchen store, a small Macys, an okay Pennys, a good discount shoe place, and Books a Million are our usual highlights.

I like it. mainly because I get to walk around and enjoy the view of the store and also that they have many little stores that are pretty useful and they can be pretty packed sometimes but always are mainly just genuine people working there and also Ill have to say is that when I go there almost every time theres always never a parking spot that I cant park in

Can get pretty busy during the holiday season as this is really one of the only places to shop in Muncie. They have some pretty nice stores that have been around for awhile so it seems there isnt much competition rooting out the old stores. The bookstore is pretty large and offers a pretty good getaway if you get to bored walking around.

I just went to Bath & Body Works. Beautiful store. Well stocked. Kayla was very helpful. Love the new scents that I got. Also happy that I received coupons in the mail that I was able to use! I normally order online but decided to go to the store so I could smell some of the new scents!

Even though this mall isnt very big, its still a decent size for Muncie! They have most of my favorite stores like Forever 21, Bath and Body Works, and Charlotte Russe. They also have and Auntie Anns as an option for a nice snack or MCL if youre in the mood for home-cooked comfort food!

Muncie Mall has a wide variety of stores and shoppes catered to local and no local residents for any need. Always kept clean and with the best staff, Muncie Mall is a great location for kids and students alike. Also, very accessible.

Unlike several malls around Indiana this mall seems to be doing pretty well and doesnt have a whole bunch of empty spaces all over the place. Theres several decent places to eat while youre inside as well as a large shopping variety.

The Muncie Mall: where the steady decline of the local economy is plain for all but those either too nostalgic or too heavily invested to deal with the reality of the situation. But my kids like the Jell-O at MCL, so theres that.

Great mall with a wide selection of stores. Auntie Annes is by far the best attraction. 1 star removed because kids are zooming around on tiny animal scooters, and I have yet to be able to find a restroom on the premises.

My favorite store in the Mall is Buckle. The employees are very friendly and helpful and dont mind going above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied when you leave. I will definitely be doing more of my shopping there.

Wonderful place to shop. Some of my favorite stores. My daughter and I love hot topic and bath and bodyworks. Special memories here shopping with my cousin,aunt and my mom. We had such a great time here. Thank you!

Not the same mall it once was but it gets the job done. All the shops are nice and most people in the mall are friendly. The only problem are the people who kinda bug you outside of the stores to try and get you in.

Clean, bustling with lots of activity and quite a few stores. Was disappointed that the Victorias secret switched over to Pink a while back. There are several places to grab a bite to snack on or a sit down meal.

Muncie is fortunate to have a mall, with "anchor" stores that are known and shopped around the country. There are also some unique stores in the Muncie Mall that cant be found anywhere else in town.

This mall,like so many others across the country is dying a slow death. The big stores are leaving and nothing is going to be able to fill that space. Its clean enough and the layout is ok.

We ate at MCL Cafeteria, very good food, clean place to eat. Friendly staff, helpful, checked on you often. Can be pretty expensive if you dont watch what you get. Plenty of parking.

Theres lots of nice shops. Its very clean. Benches are available to take a break. There are two eyebrow threading places to choose from. Theres many fun things to do here.

Has a nice selection of stores and is always kept very clean. If you want to go for indoor walking, they have mile markers on the wall saying how fair youve walked.

The Muncie Mall has a large variety of shops, & most shops are filled. Its a nice place to shop & has some nice restaurants, both inside & the surrounding area.
