"Hey dear....was there yesterday Dec 6th and disagree wicha quite rightly! Sure there are several vacancies in the mall....ever hear of economic hard times????? Dont know what you are expecting...but this is it! However...there are three anchors-Elder Beerman ( a great mid-line priced store with plenty of nice merchandise for the whole family) And of course there are the mainstays-JC PENNEY and SEARS (though the latter is small compared to other Sears stores weve been in-nevertheless more than suffice for ones all around shopping) Stores like HallMark and Christopher Banks are high class trash? Really? Then whats your run-of-the-mill Wal-Marts? Posh Neiman-Marcus/Nordstroms/Saks Okay dear! Its also great to see fledgling enterpreneurs using some of the vacant space to foster their own business ventures.....and their goods are FAR FROM junky dollar store deals!!!! Also Five Points is great for mall walking without the overflowing crowds who frequent such facilites like Castleton here in Indy! That in itself is worth the price of admission Dont wanna forget the nice Christmas/Santa display outside of the JC PENNEY main entrance. Great looking Santa Claus (there) btw! There is also an Applebees inside the mall with deliciously priced food just for the asking(the waitress we had at our table was VERY cordial and very helpful with the menu selecltions as well) We , for the most part, injoyed ourselves at Five Points. Just Wondering how much the above reviewer shops the Fashion Mall here in Indy and does just that- the window kind Sarah Smile for awhile elsewhere!

The Five Points Mall stores arent terrible, however the lack of stores greatly detracts from the appeal of the mall. With so many stores leaving to move elsewhere in Marion, the mall has essentially become a long hall with two stores bookending the walking hall; Roses on the south end of the building and Carsons on the north end. Other than Bath and Body Works in the middle, the rest of the stores are locally rented by individuals in Marion with niche consumers. In recent years Marions hub of activity has migrated from the north side of the city to the south side. Five Points Mall has greatly suffered from this move, and efforts to restore the mall to its shopping glory has been unsuccessful.

Stopped at this mall while passing through Marion in a motor home. Parking lot practically empty but made a point to park out of the way to go in and eat at Applebees. On return found a parking ticket issued by mall officer Jerrell saying we were "parked in more than one space". Duh, how to you park a 35 foot motorhome with tow vehicle in one space? We pass through Marion a lot but wont be stopping here anymore.

The Five Points Mall is turning into the place to go to if you enjoy garage sales and flea market atmospheres. The walkways of the mall are filthy, the air has the aroma of dirty public toilets, and there are more empty spaces than decent places to spend money. Its a tragedy that this facility has become another blemish in Marion.

as many malls, businesses are limited. too much competition: walmart, meijers, dollar stores, etc. and too few jobs, hence too little money for folks to spend. Roses Department Store is big with much merchandise, similar to Walmart; and there are still some nice stores there. check it out! God Bless!

Sadly, the Five Points Mall is nova full mall anymore. There used to be a game room, or Arcade, depending on ones age, but it no longer exists. One good store in this mall is Roses. Its kind of like shopping in a huge Dollar General

I remember shopping here over 20 years ago when it was called North Park Mall, had about 40 stores, and was bustling with activity. Now its hardly a mall anymore with maybe five or six stores running. That is sad and disappointing.

Im only upset at how run down it has become. The only reasons to visit the mall now is for Applebees, Bath & Body Works, and TCB Games. I use to go to the mall all the time as a teenager but now its down right DEPRESSING. :(

There are hardly any stores in there, its like A Ghost Town..They need more stores, and the owners of the mall need to give the new stores a big break in rent space, the more stores the better.

This mall is just falling apart nothing but old people walking. AGGHHH they are everywhere. Watch out ;) back when i was what 9? This mall was good but naaaaat anymore haha (*sigh*)

While this place used to be busy and thriving, it has very few stores in it now, and those it does have are often small retail or resell stores with little to sell and less business.

There are hardly any stores left to shop at. Only 2 of 4 anchor stores are open, not sure how theyre able to keep the lights on with the small number of occupied stores.

Needs more stores. For what used to be a good mall, its kind of sad now. In my opinion the only thing keeping it open, is Elder-Beerman and Bath and Body Works.

It is only a shell of what it use to be, the best place is carsons Dept. Store it is really nice and some great deals, especially if u use the coupons, I luv it.

Turn around! This mall is literally a waste of time all of the stores that went out of business the only thing this mall good for is the Applebees inside of it

This mall has become nothing more than a covered walkway. Most storefronts empty. Another example of corporations buying propertyand letting it go to waste.

There is an Applebees and ten stores, only 4 worth going to: Shoebilee, Bath & Body Works, Carsons, and Roses, whose mall entrance is closed off.

Sadly I think the mall is a dieing thing. Many empty spaces. However an indoor play ground perfect for young children is still a draw for me.

There are only 5 stores. Carsons is way overpriced. Roses has great deals. The shoe store is nice. The food court is one Pretzel store.

I really dont know how this mall is still open. Basically all the stores left are selling flea market items.

There are not alot of shopping or dining choices here. Very outdated and mostly booths instead of stores.

There is very, very little here anymore. Theres an Applebees and a Carsons, and thats pretty much it.
