The most accessible entrance pours right into the food court and movie theater with an indoor playground in the middle of the corridor, giving PC Mall a unique and family friendly feel compared to your typical mall. The theater is the cheapest in town so 15$ is more than enough for a couple to get tickets, soda and popcorn however the 4 movie selection often leaves much to be desired as the manager seems to value new movies over popular ones. The food court has a very deceptively "normal" looking restaurant with fantastic, yet cheap, burgers but head to the pizza place for wings instead. There are many restaurants here I have yet to try and with Japanese, Chinese and Mediterranean restaurants they do make a strong effort to offer a diverse platter. Farther down youll find plenty of activities such as a shallow pool you can hamster ball upon, a bungee jump trampoline, "The Game Room" arcade and the "Jungle Jump" bouncy house play time area. In other areas you can find GameStop, Spencers and FYE. What you wont find is a member of the "Mall quad" blocking every exit: Sears, Ross, Dillards and Macys. While they may exist somewhere in the large parking lot which contains a Red Robin and Best Buy strip mall (be sure to check out Way Back Burgers or the Pizza place if youre over there), I find the fixtures to be dull anachronisms of the pre-internet era malls, refusing to adapt to a changed market and as such not only have I never bothered to seek them but also believe their exclusion has helped PC Mall modernize faster than many of its kind. If big clothing chain shopping is your thing, however, head to Pier Park for a wholly different experience. Just be ready for a lot of walking and prepared to face the elements.

I thought Bennigans went out of business, so I was extremely happy to find this one. The food was amazing as always and I highly recommend the Monte Cristo sandwich. I also love that they have Pepsi products. When I dined in, my server was very nice and attentive. Today, I placed a to go order and I thought the girl misinformed me that they had curb side to go and also didnt put my order in (after I left, I realized I called the wrong Bennigans). The manager, Brad, came out to my car and told me he was sorry about the confusion and personally made sure the food was ready quickly and he brought it to my car. He was extremely nice and helpful. Its nice to know that they have a good manager who makes sure to take care of things. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

To visit Panama City Mall is to witness a comatose business model in an era of online shopping, home delivery and various large brick and mortar superstores such as Target, Walmart...which also have a robust online presence. Pros: Get a nostalgic feeling of an era gone-by; very ordinary food court; 15 min hike around the mall; social hub for some downtown residents; relatively safe and secure place to congregate away from the elements. Cons: Products at elevated prices; just a blah experience. I was left wondering if all that air conditioned space was worth the meager business returns...

Went to the mall to go to game stop to trade a phone, the guy working in there did not acknowledge us. Then he talked on the phone the entire time we were in there, so we walked out. Should have known, thats how we were treated the last time we went in there. Then went to the pretzel place in the food court, bad experience there too. Rude young guys being smart asses working there so I said forget it..I dont want a pretzel! We left the mall. The mall has some of the rudest people working for them, poor customer service, and the stores that are left are terrible.

Really slipping lately. Theyve lost a lot of stores, including main stores like Bennigans restaurant, World Market, Foot Locker, etc. Wouldnt plan for this to be a primary shopping experience, but not the worst way to spend an hour or two. FYE, for example, has records (vinyl) including used ones, and some places in the food court like Auntie Annes are ok. But the food court is not very good on the whole. You might like the cheap movie theater that shows movies that are just about to leave theaters for pretty cheap.

It is just an okay place with nothing really great about it. The shoppes and business tenants seem to be working it as best as they can. The 3 stars is more for the management company &/or the investors that have not reinvested back into the complex. Could use a much needed facelift for the outside and interior spaces respectively. I am sure with the rise of Pier Park on the beach this could be effecting keeping long-term tenants. Hope the tenants here have very fair lease rate/terms.

This mall used to be the hot spot in Panama City, but now everything has moved to Pier Park out at Panama city Beach. The basic stores like JC Penny, Sears and Dillards are still in this mall, as well as a few places like Rue 21, Buckle, FYE and American Eagle. However, they just added a Sephora into the middle of JCP and are in the process of adding a Cracker Barrel and a few other places across the street in hopes to make a comeback in the area.

The mall over all is sub par, and needs to be renovated, the managment finally put in a play area for children, and chose the worst acoustic location possible resulting in the screams of children seeming even louder than normal in the middle of the food court, the redeeming point is that they just got a decent seeming gym, we will see if there are any overarching effects on the mall in general though

Could be alot better, the mall itself lets alot of bs go on around there. ( I dont want to be sided up by some high school girl with an attitude problem) if I do go here its for bath and body works and even that I run in and out. Its not to bad cleanliness wise. I would just clean up the bs drama high schoolers that have nothing else to do that yell and scream and start arguments in the wall ways

The mall use to be really good place, it use to be the place you wanted to be. Now it seems like there is only shoe stores and very limited shops I like to go to. I have heard word that a Planet fitness is come into the mall and with Bennigans Irsh pub back up and Rue21and GameStops remodel I can only hope the mall will be as good as it use to be.

I must admit that I was surprised by the apperance aesthetically of the interior of the mall. It was quite pleasing and it is largee than it appears from outside. The food court has a lot of places to eat. But your best bet probably would be Chick Fil A. If the mall had a adequate first-run movie theater it would be a better place to visit.
