Maybe its the area racism at its best. We travel a lot and everywhere we go we find the outlet and I shop and I shop a lot. We went into Michael kors the Grand baby was in a stroller and it was too crowded so my daughter and husband stayed at the front if the store with the stroller while I shipped. Well the whole time I walked around looking for items I was being followed and watched as if I was going to steal. First off not all black ppl steal the majority of us a big majority of us work very hard and pay for what we want

Prices are really high. I think its because there is nothing else around to compete with. Its crazy busy, Im guessing because people are starved for somewhere to go, something to do? Parking was pretty bad. Even on a rainy day it was still jam packed. There is a lot of variety and some great brands but Ive been to a lot of outlet, outdoor malls and while this one is new and clean and very nice, the prices were way out of line imho.

So glad that the Outlet Shoppes opened a few years ago! Its so nice to have an outlet mall around here, and the deals are pretty great too! The layout and the cleanliness/upkeep helps with having so many people shopping here so often. They really do take good care of the stores, the walkways, and the restrooms. The dining isnt the best, but more places are opening up in the vicinity.

I am glad that theres an outlet mall close to home and I can spend some of my money here in Kentucky instead of going to Opry Mills in Tennessee or Edinburgh Indiana. I do see that there isa Tory Burch store coming but I would like to see more clothing stores and shoe stores and snack & food shops say maybe a Garretts or Doc pops popcorn or a Cinnabon or Starbucks.

Lots of stores & options for shopping. Some stores offer great discounts while others dont seem to be any better than normal prices. Be aware of the prices of what youre looking for. Small food court but what they have is good. Wish there were a few more choices. You can easily spend hours here so wear comfortable shoes. I especially enjoy the Ghirardelli store.

Just bought 2 pair of shoes from the Nike store and within 30 minutes of our purchase the shoes were stolen from us while sitting on a bench. Security was of no use as there is no security system in the walkways where the benches are. Make sure you keep a tight hold on anything you purchase here because security is not visible and not making a difference.

Really nice stores, super clean. I like the "outdoor mall" concept.....until its cold or raining etc. There are some good deals to be had, but a lot of the stores are exactly what you would find at a regular mall with non outlet prices. Also, in the small amount of time its been open more than a few stores have shut down and remind empty.

I love the outlet mall of bluegrass because out all the discounts in every store the only thing i dont like and its way i give it a 4 star not a five star is because its all outdoors and when its cold or raining you cant shop the way you could as if it was indoors... But a great place and great prices in all tge stores... A most go...

I went when it was raining but the place is lovely. Most of the shops had an awesome selection and the place was clean and very festive. I definitely liked the atmosphere: upscale. The only downside is the selection of food at the food court - it does not match the atmosphere bluegrass is reaching for so, shop here, eat elsewhere.

First time I had ever been and dont know what took me so long to get around to it! Open, airy, clean, with all the shops that the Mrs. & I enjoy shopping in. The only thing that didnt go over to well with me was the restaurant, Taqueria Tsunami, major disappointment. However, I will definitely be returning to the mall!

I like the outlet mall here, but it IS spread a little thin. Or maybe I am spoiled with the variety Internet shopping provides. But at the kitchen store I visited, the cast iron selection was very nice and the people extremely helpful. Prices are in line with just about everywhere else however.

If we are going to an outlet mall, this is it. Its very new and has exactly the stores you want without all the other random oddball shops. Therefore, it doesnt take half a day to visit all that is offered. In and out quick, or use some food and dessert options to hang around for a while.

This day was a really fun day.. how ever I know when you go to Malls the good is fun but very high... for our convince I would love to see more option at the food court... and the 50% sales I love them!! The Mall was popping with people of all ages An orientations!! Loved it!!

While they may not have a ton of stores, they do have amazing sales! As well, unlike most outlet malls, most stores have a military discount you can use on top of their sales and discounts. The food court is a bit lacking but no one comes to the outlets for food!

Your typical outlet mall setup...love the stores, but definitely not any less expensive than just going to the regular stores! I dont understand how the whole supposed outlet store concept of being less expensive turned into prices being the no better at all.

This was a great outlet mall with plenty of shops and great sales for the holidays. Out on the walkway they had plenty of stand up heaters going which was nice to feel a little warmth in between stores and there was a beautiful outdoor fire place with seating!

Lots of stores but not alot of outlet prices. Dont go unless there is a special sale like Holiday sale, 4th of July, Labor Day. Not impressed with merchandise, old stock or epic fails, what nobody else wanted. Better off going to Sales at nearby Malls.

The stores here usually have great pricing. Its a great place to go shopping if youre looking for multiple things at great prices. My girlfriend was able to get a full outfit, shoes, and jewelry for a great collective price from the various stores.

We love this place! My wife and wanted to check it out and ended up taking advantage of the awesome discounts at several stores. How can someone pass up deals this good? Make sure you stop by the North Face store. Well be back again!

The mall staff are friendly and the selection of stores to shop is great. It may be a little further out than shopping in Louisville but it beats having to visit both st Matthews and Oxmoor malls to meet my shopping needs.
