I brought my dog here for grooming because the petco i normally take her to near my home is constantly booked. I will never take my dog here again. When i got her home i noticed lots of shaver burn spots on her belly which have now scabbed over. Also she has been constantly itchy since then (almost a week) and i discovered small bumps on her in all the places shes been scratching. I am taking her to the vet tomorrow to get looked at. On top of all that the cut is all choppy, i could have probably done better at home and i have never even cut a dogs hair before. Pending the vets diagnosis i will be going back to request a refund...I didnt pay $70 for some ameture to do such a bad job that i have to take my dog to the vet! Update: trying to get in to see a vet today but as i was examining her again myself i also noticed that her nails seemed really short so i got a closer look and sure enough every single one on them has been cut down past the quick...These people tortured my dog!

One, Faye is awesome. Second, all staff is friendly. I love this location. Also, I worked for a new york petco, they dont have WiFi or updated ways to look up items and only a manager is allowed to have a phone on the sales floor or use the system look up in the back or on their inventory guns if you know the skew. The fish tanks are just fine. I assure you petsmart has worse tank systems. Ive worked at both. Next, Prices are NOT higher than petsmart for 2 reasons. Petsmart has gone up in price actually and petco has a 5 dollar reward for every 100 spent. Also, the coupons are amazing plus they price match just about anything. So the comment on here of petsmart being cheaper is bogus. Price match + 5% + a better expectation of customer satisfaction from corperate.....

Bad experience here. I was at the adoption center looking at dogs and the lady kept giving me a look when I said I wanted to see another dog and that I wasnt sure of adopting yet. Sketchy. Then I had a question about grooming services but the groomer was nowhere to be found, so two different employees went looking for him for me. And it seemed like every question I had, they didnt have an answer to. Maybe next time.

I am enthused about this store. I totally dig it. I am a cat owner, and most of the floor space is dedicated to other animals, but I find what I need and the prices are usually good when things are on sale. I like the refillable kitty litter, though it could be cheaper I totally get that this store is a for-profit business. I like the employees at this store. They are genuinely friendly.

Absolutely disgusting store. Fish tanks were covered in mold and mildew, with many dead fish ROTTING in multiple tanks, and one of the parrots appeared to have bloody stools. Prices are higher than PetSmart too. This place needs corporate to step in and clean house, literally and figuratively.

This store has large sections not only for cats and dogs, but also for more exotic pets. The prices arent great, but the employees are fantastic. Despite being across the street from a major mall and near biz 80 it is easy to get in and out of.

Its a great store, good prices the staff is friendly my one and only complaint is their gold fish seem to always have ick but all the other fish are healthy its just sad that the goldfish are the ones who are always sick and neglected

I was a new dog owner and found them to be very kind and knowledgeable. They explained each of the products and their pros and cons. ALSO, I started to keep an eye out for specials and got much of my puppy training at half off

Came to pick up a bag of dog food on hold for me. When I got there they didnt have it. The cashier gave me 3 of the 4.5 lb bags for the price of the 11 lb bag and still honored my coupon! Great customer service!

Small easy to navigate, slightly higher on small cans of natural, than P. Smart more organized though, also have dignified adoption area. A little tricky to find. Clean and courteous.
