One of the poorest customer experiences in recent memory. I ordered flowers for same day delivery at 6am yesterday. Order confirm said it was set to be delivered. I included my wifes phone number so they could contact her. I get home that night hoping she loved the flowers....no flowers! Bear in mind that we are expecting twins any day now and she is stressed! This was to be a nice pick me up. I contact FTD. FTD says the notes say that the driver left a note on our door and called. Hmmm, we have a RING doorbell. It records any motion at the door. No note was there, no video of the driver. My wife also never received a call. Just a lie, thats it. Called FTD back today as they left a message. The driver tried again. They couldnt get in.....issue, the driver did not call. FTD tried calling this shop, no answer. This business steals money and Im certain its not the first or last time. Beware....still no calls or replies to me or FTD.

My husband ordered flowers for me for our anniversary through 1800flowers. They were beautiful when they arrived. Within hours the roses began to wilt. The vase was mirrored so you could not see through it. The next morning we realized the flowers had no water and the roses had completely died. He called 100 flowers and they issued a 30.00 credit. He paid 130.00 for this arrangement. Within days, the flowers dried and wilted, the stargazers never opened, the roses never opened and wilted completely. The only flowers that did remotely well were the carnations that of course are the least expensive flowers. We had bought better flowers that last for weeks from HEB. Very disappointing.

My Daughter ordered me flowers for my birthday, being I live across the country... Never received them they left a "Sorry We Missed You " on my door tried endless and numerous times to contact them and no one answers the phone and the number on their business card is just a sorry excuse, nobody should pay top dollar for floral arrangements and be treated like your invisible when there is a question as to where said arrangement could be ??? None the less an actual person answer the phone to where said business is responsible.Actual human interaction with the people responsible to keep Your doors open for business would be great!!! Very disappointed...

I received an email today (12/22/16), from FTD, at 4:45PM stating that "We are pleased to inform you that the delivery of your order has been completed as scheduled." In fact, the delivery was not made until 5:51PM. And when my order was finally delivered, the deliveryman couldnt be bothered, to wait the 20 seconds it took me to cross the room and open my front door. I found the flowers, looking none too fresh, sitting on my front porch and the delivery van still in my driveway. This is not my idea of good customer service. Needless to say, Ill be much more discriminating the next time I order flowers, for local delivery.

I ordered from 1800flowers and sadly they would use a place like this. Its the day before mothers day and my mom said thank you but the disappointment in her voice said it all. I called the place and they were so rude. Flowers say alot of things but will say nothing coming from this place. 1800 flowers i couldnt be more disappointed that you would use such a low rated florist on such a special day.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my gf for her birthday she loved the flowers. The staff is very helpful and friendly they helped me pick out a flower arrangement so everything was pretty easy. I only gave 4 stars because the shop is 1800 flowers On Blanco & 410..although it does say madason flowers online. either way I am very Satisfied with their service. I would recommend

Dont come here you are better off buying flowers at heb or walmart. I gave one star because of nice girl who took the order. But the man had the nerve to tell be to take back the flowers to them and if they had to pick up the floral arrangements I would be charge. Please dont waste your time or money horrible arrangement and customer service.

Too expensive. Everyone knows the advertised price isnt what you end up paying, but $20 shouldnt turn into $36. They add ridiculous shipping and "service charges". I was able to use Google Offers however to bring the price down, so I didnt end up paying as much as they wanted. So in short, Google saved the day again.

I was supposed to surprise my fiancé with some flowers and they told me that they will be delivered between 1-3 and they didnt deliver them until 5clock in the afternoon and I had ordered them at 11:27am. But they are real quick to pull out the money from your bank. DONT ORDER ANY FLOWERS FROM HERE!!!

The florist ruined a surprise I had for my girlfriend. She called and told her she was getting flowers at a certain time and two hours later still waiting. Doesnt make sense why she called and told her she was getting flowers in the first place. Ruined our anniversary.

Very disappointed in the flowers I received. The lilies were missing half their petals, the roses looked old and beat up, the water was filthy with plant material, and three of the filler flowers were already wilting when delivered.

Good customer service locally but bad experience ordering through the website. The representative was from a call center in India and got our arrangement delayed. I recommend you go straight through the Blanco location.
