Customer Service Generally Good, Not Great. I witnessed a couple ahead of me using WIC, and the cashier either did not know how to accept them or did not feel comfortable using them. when the customer tried to help her, i kid you not, the cashier literally put her hand in the customers face, and told the customer "WAIT" and shook her head. That was the first time ever i witnessed such humiliating treatment. thank God it wasnt me.... Guess what, i shop at that store frequently. So Im there again two weeks later, im in line waiting my turn, lord behold, that same cashier was working on the self checker area, and can you believe me now, she walked to my register isle where im placing all my shopping items on the top, she tells me " make sure you put the case of water on top, so the cashier can see it, and when you are done push it to the front so she can see the basket" I almost exploded, and in disbelieve. I did not know what to think, and Im with a 95 YO Gentlemen, whom im taking care off and did not want to make a big deal of it. Now and since i really dread going to that store and iv been trying to get him to go shopping at Vons on the same street. But me i will only go there if im desperate.

I had really bad experience today, but it doesnt mean the ralphs is bad! I always go there.. ^^ I just went there with my boy and really felt bad about the casher... after I paid, the casher gave me the receipt with nothings printed on the receipt.. so I said " can you please give me another receipt? I can not see any what I buy..." and the casher showed me her face like that Im annoying (she was doing something else.) then she printed again and said " its going to be same ! " I said " sorry but I need receipt" she said " maam! its going to be same until they fix! " she didnt even help me putting my stuff in my cart! I was with my boy so I did not say anything... but I felt so so so bad how she did! she got to find another ways to help customers !!!

They Close the Store at 10:30 PM on October 18, 2016!!! I swingby for my grocery need around 10:30 PM and the store is CLOSED with just a HANDWRITTEN "We Are Close Sign" on a Unproperly Cut Carboard Hang at the Door Same as The Sign We Usually See our Homeless Brothers & Sisters Carry on Crosstreet!!! This RALPHs Store SUCKS for Closing Early. I remember it also Happened Several Times this Year. Poor DOZENS supposed to be Customers tried to Open the Door and just Greeted with the unsightly "WE ARE CLOSE" badly made signboard! I am now SHOPPING at Nearby VONS as my new Go To Store! Goodbye RALPHS!

This is actually a great Ralphs, very big, clean, and they have a great selection of food. But there is an employee (and I believe manager) named Kelley K. She is always extremely rude and today asked ME to go figure out why there wasnt a barcode on one of my items. Today was no different from any of my other experiences with her. I dont understand how someone with an such an abrasive personality is still allowed to work one on one with the customers. Ill still shop here, but definitely avoiding Kelley.

Very neat, clean and excellent staff. Its the closet and the most visited store . My only complain is sometimes you might find expired food on their selves so please watch out when buying cake mix, flour or oil. Thier freezer section carries international asian brands to serve the local korean population. Every few months they also promote products exported from other countries. The cheese and wine section is big compared to other competetors around this neighbourhood.

This Ralphs has an Over the Top Sushi chef come in every day to cater to the diet of the now heavily Asian demographics of the hood. The store, in my opinion is waaaay too large for what it need be... But for consumers it just means they should carry just about every dang variety of everything available. @ least Ralphs isnt trying to suck up all our free time w promotional games like Monopooooly which nobody ever really Can win. Pff. (*cough*Kroger.)

Ive been going to this Ralphs for over two decades. Its always been a pretty standard supermarket, but the renovations that theyve made over the years and the new sections and products that theyve added made it one of the my favorite supermarkets to visit. Its clean, well-organized and they have such a good selection. My only qualm is that it is no longer 24 hours. It hasnt been that way since the strike many years ago.

Store is ok. Nothing special. But one thing I dont like is that at the second exit/entrance closest to the sushi/deli place is like the German Gishtapo. Anyone leaving the store gets the alarm system to go off. It beaps and squeaks and whistles and it even speaks. " Turn back, return items to the store" it says that to everyone. I mean 89 year old women, cops, priests, no one is safe. Its very Orwellian....

Best location in the city. Rarely crowded and everything is fresh. Shopping here is stress free vs the Columbus circle. Checkout clerks are a bit rude, but i rather deal with the the unhappy clerk than the millions of ppl at columbus circle or any other location. Extra points for being close to where I stay.

My family and I are frequent shoppers here. The selection is great, and the store is always clean. Unfortunately, the customer service is subpar. Some of the employees are rude and unfriendly. My husband and I always feel rushed and unwelcome. I hope that this can be resolved.

This is a very big store with a large parking lot. It has aisles and aisles of food and home supplies. The quality of food is super and it is very convenient to find items that you need. The lines can be a little long but that is typical of most supermarkets.

I normally dont pay attention to the employees but there was one who is deaf and he is the greatest employee there as he is super friendly and he picks out the very best watermelons. If you want a watermelon, ask for him.

I like the store a lot!. They have a specialty meat counter with quality aged beef and large produce section, a cheese counter with a huge selection. It always seems to be stocked.

Best grocery store in the area. Little or no scummy parking lot trolls. But its still just a regular grocery store. Nothing that really stands out as special.

Best Ralphs Ive been to in a while. Really nice layout and super friendly staff. Prices arent that out of this world but good enough that I would come again.

I only shop here when i am visiting my sister, if I need something last minute. Prices are usually higher in this area than at other Ralph stores

Love this Ralphs. Being a "Fresh Fare" version of the store it feels a bit more upscale. Always clean and well-stocked with a friendly staff.

I love this store but I can NEVER get a basket at the entry. Spend a lot of time looking for one around the cashiers. Please fix this!
