The staff was incredibly unhelpful twice when I visited. The woman in the copy center ignored me for about 5 minutes while texting and then finally acknowledged my presence, only to act like I was inconveniencing her. Then the cashier charged me the wrong amount for faxes I made. The one on top was out of area, and the five underneath were local. She charged me for 6 out of area. When I addressed it she acted extremely ignored that I expected a refund...as if it were my fault she didnt pay attention!

Even though the customers from the area think they should cut you in line with their "questions" or their last minute urgency while a human being is standing at a counter getting help from a department, the staff has a lot of patience in prioritizing the "first come, first serve basis."Always have been my favorite store for all of my office supply and printing needs!

Ladies at print station were arguing about schedules, pay and hours with the manager in front of customers. They stopped what they were doing with my papers and looked at their schedules for a good 2 minutes instead. I was emailed the wrong document and instead received someones document about their release from probation.
