In summary, GO WITH OTHER OPTIONS IF YOU HAVE IT. Initially, everything started out okay. The staff I initially talked to were courteous and briefly explained the process over telephone. I went to the store to get everything set up for a short term rental and the staff member explained that he would call to take my initial payment the day before delivery. That is when things started going down hill. They called the day before delivery to take payment and the amount they were charging me was more than what was initially agreed upon. The salesperson at the time stated that the charges included delivery and insurance (thought that was included in the initial price). I had limited options so I moved forward with the rental. Things went further downhill from that point. The initial delivery window was 11 to 1 on a Saturday. When they took my payment over the phone they gave me a delivery time between 9 and 11. After the first delivery window of 9 to 11 no one showed up. I called at 1115 to inquire the status and the salesperson said that they are loading it up and heading out. No explanation on being late. After the second delivery window of 11 to 1 no one showed up. I called at 115 to inquire and was told they just left and I was their first delivery. No explanation on being late. I called at 215 to inquire and they said that they ran over with a computer installation and I was the next stop (thought I was the first?). I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for a long time. While on hold I called from another phone and behold the manager answers the phone although Im supposed to be on hold waiting for him. I asked for a refund. That is the only thing that was done promptly. Again, no explanation. No apology. To top it off the delivery showed up at my house 315! Horrible way to do business! Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

THIS STORE HAS BED BUGS! This manger is a LAIR! I have spent well over 8,000 dollars with rent a center in the last 4 years and my paid for computer has stopped working twice since being paid for! This store gave me a love seat that had BED BUGS and WILL NOT do anything about it and lies about it. But I drive by there today and they have the other part of the couch outside wrapped in plastic, but they dont have bed bugs!! THEY are one SORRY company as a whole. Nothing they sell you is worth what YOU pay for it!!!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LAIRS AND CHEATERS!!!!!!!!
