**After I had posted my last review, I was contacted by a General Manager and he said that he would take care of the issue with my table, he said that he would contact me later that day. I never heard back from him. When I had my son in May, I had made my payment online, which takes them 24 hours to see the payment, they harassed me all day long. For some reason, the next day my payment still had not posted and I had told them that I would take care of the issue when I came home from the hospital. One of the employees told me that I needed myself or someone to take care of my payment that day. Very ignorant and unprofessional. Every other week I feel like they have a different manager and new employees. Again, I will never ever buy anything from this store again. ** I will in ever in my life come to Rent One again, I cannot wait until I am no longer a customer. The communication between the staff is horrible. They tell you one thing and then the next second its a different thing. When they delivered my table, which was suppose to be brand new, when they brought it in, the table has scratches all over it, it had chunks taken out of the corners and sides, the legs on the chairs were all scratched as well. They told me they gave me a discount on the table since it was in bad shape and my price NEVER went down. I only came to Rent One because they were referred to me by a previous employee. Take your money elsewhere, where people will appreciate you and your business.

Reading through Josh Hoards review, I think its safe to say hes a former employee who likely was let go and came here to leave petty remarks. Learn to take it on the chin and move on. Anyway, Ive been to this location and can say the staff Ive dealt with was pleasant, professional, and very personable. Great people. Female manager is tremendous help and very pleasant to deal with.

I rented furniture from them went home throw my furniture in the dumpster and waited from them for hours to be told when I called they Dont deliver to my neighbor hood it is too bad .So it took them 3 days to realize that I lived there......Right before when I was suppose to get my stuff

The new manager is all wrong for the store and they dont give second chances like even after you gave back what you couldnt pay for. Most people would just keep their stuff and just move but they got everything back and now were back on track they wont even let us rent.

Ive rented from all over the country for my company. These guys are hands down the easiest to deal with and most affordable. Robin has been incredibly helpful. I need furniture right away and they next dayd it. Furniture is new and clean.
