I was having some major computer viruses and my computer kept on locking up. I searched around the web and found a local computer service business. I found myself in a sketchy part of town and was unsure about the reputation of the business. I dropped of my computer and walked out the door. As I was driving away I said to myself, what did I just do. I dont know these people and all my personal information could be harvested off my computer in minutes. I turned around and picked up my PC searching for a more reputable firm. I discovered that Staples cleans and check computers, so I paid a visit knowing it was a reputable business. I found myself in the hands of Jeff at Staples, who could not have been more AWESOME!! He ran a quick diagnoses and determined the hard drive needed to be replaced. Jeff walked me through the entire process and followed up periodically during the process. He completely exceeded my expectations and put all my fears and concerns to rest. If you are having computer issues and a little unsure where to go. Go see Jeff and he will totally take care of you.

Drive 30 min to return a chair. The female store manager says the system is down and they cant do anything about it. Tell me I have to return a different time. I tell them thats unacceptable and they better start making phone calls cause Im not going anywhere. After 15 min have passed, a male manager congress out and processes the return and makes some lame excuse for the female manager. So unprofessional. They have better deals at office depot and way better customer service.

I had my external hard drive crash on me one afternoon, so I did some checking online and saw Staples had a service department for HARD DRIVES. And they said if they couldnt recover it there was no charge! So I took it in, and they disassembled it, got it running, and then when I hooked my Mac back to it I was able to get the files off of the hard drive! THEY WERE GREAT! Thanks to Nick, Michael, and the Assistant Manager!

Copy and Print !!! YIKES !!! ITs not my FAULT is what she said to me !!! Who does that ??? I emailed information over to be printed at 10:00, followed up at 4:00 p.m. they hadnt started and had no ETA as to when it would be completed ... Spoke to management still dont feel warm and fuzzy.. Mistake I will not make again .. Glad I am a planner and had 3 days to complete my project .. IT just may take that long

I really like Staples. However, this location has the worst Copy and Print Center!! They never have jobs ready on time and if there is an issue, you had better call to see why your job isnt done. . They dont mind making you wait and are not remorseful. I try very hard to not use this location as much as possible. Go to Smiths Corners at Northlake. I never have any issues there.

its a great store but dont ever use the copy and print center computer because they charge you for every min being used. Dont recycle your ink there either because there are STIPUATIONS to follow. You have to spend $30 prior on ink or toner to get $2 staples rewards for each cartridge you recycle.

I was here for an hour trying to figure out how to get my wedding programs to print correctly period theyre employee Chris in the printing center was very helpful, patient and kind. The programs turned out great, and Im a pretty picky person. Well be using them again

I brought my computer in for a free PC Tuneup and the technicians were very helpful! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and had my computer running smoothly in no time at all! I definitely recommend Staples for all your computer repairs!

Great customer service at the copy center. After reading some of the reviews I was very hesitant but pleasantly surprised how quick and easy it was. The only downside to this location is how awful the parking deck is!!
