Unbearable. two times in the store to get a simple print job done, and finally had to go elsewhere. I came to the print and copy center at Noon, 3/4/16. the staff person had about four tasks going and appeared overwhelmed.I waited patiently, for my turn for only about 10 minutes. Some level of manager came over to "help" I guess. The staff person explained to the manager that his customer (not me,) was having trouble getting on the wifi. the manager said, " oh, that hasnt been working for several days" He never gave any of the five customers, waiting any eye contact or acknowledgement. After waiting my turn, I explained my printing need, no urgency, and that i had had postcards printed there regularly for three years. he put my CD, which was clearly labelled with email, telephone, explanations, etc. to make it easy. i pointed to a six foot large banner advertising 100 postcards for 19.99. i needed 200 postcards, printed. the staff person said that it was an "online" price and they could not do it that way. i said, okay, just let me know what you can do. he said he would call me back at 4pm. It never happened. Saturday morning, (the next day) I called the store, went through all of the directed button pushing two times only to get hold music. I decided to drive to the store, arriving about 9:30am. there were only 3 customers in the store and 4 staff. i waited for my turn, as the staff person of the day helped mail a package for a customer, explaining the entire time all of the rules, problems and excuses, why it was difficult. I patiently waited my turn. When she approached me I explained that I was trying to get postcards done from items on a CD, that I had not heard back, and exactly what my needs were. She scrambled around, also, giving all appearance of being too busy, exasperated and overwhelmed, but could not find my CD or order form. she finally found it and dropped the CD out of the sleeve, breaking the case. no big deal. She began to explain how hard it was going to be, what I was going to have to do, etc. there was a second employee in the shop who worked on the computer and never looked up. She told me I was going to have to sit down at the computer and go on the website. I asked for my CD and decided that I would find somewhere else to get my work done. I had been doing this effortlessly for 3 years. I went to the Assistant manager, told him of my concern. he looked at me as if i were a three eyed goat and said nothing.I left, and drove by a UPS store closer to my home. I did not know they even performed printing service. They could not have been kinder, cheerful and more helpful.

Hostile, unhelpful staff including the "supervisor" who denied she was a "manager" and claimed no ability to accommodate my simple request, which was to give me the correct USB cable from the same item in a different color when the manufacturer put 2 audio cables and no USB cable in the box, rather than one of each as was necessary and specified on the instruction sheet. They could have easily given me the correct cable and damaged out the second item, but insisted I return the first item, damage that one out, and I take the other in another color, or nothing at all. She was also spitting wet orange cracker crumbs at me as she spoke. Absolutely disgusting. She handed me the card of the store manager and walked away.

Went in on 3/14 to look for a desk I was interested in. Approached by an employee and I told him what I wanted. He kind of barely indicated it was behind me. I walked over to where the thumb was pointed and said this isnt the one I wanted. He ignored what I said and walked away and never did come back, though we continued to walk around for a while and see if we could find it. We will buy it from Amazon now. Customer service like this is the reason places like Amazon are doing so well. Terrible. They not only lost this sale but all others of refills of paper and printer cartridges and other things we might need.

Store well stocked. Great location for those working or living on South end of Island. Extended hours a great plus for those who need to work at their office/copy station in the evening or if working from home/office and need an essential supply now and now is 8.30pm. Very helpful staff. Dominique helped enormously in a late night crisis and Melissa is excellent.
