So incredibly disappointed with our experience. There truly messed up ever aspect of our order, refused to call us back and update us on our purchase and then tried to charge us the wrong amount. They lost another order we placed, yet told us it was at the Klamath falls store....but it wasnt. We were lied to, misled and then wrongly charged. However, I could have excused all of this if the costumer service would have been even somewhat decent, but that wasnt the case. Everyone was rude, unhelpful and unapologetic.

Diamond has a great selection of power tools, and almost always a few bucks cheaper than home depot. Plus they have a better variety of brand names. Also they have bulk nails and screws which saves a bunch of money and you can get as many or as few as needed so you dont have to buy a whole box of screws if you only need a couple, and I dont feel like Im in Walmart when I am shopping there.

I mostly shop here when I need to get gardening supplies quick bc they ard the only location at the north end of Grants Pass. But selection can be limited sometimes. However, the staff is great and I usually get what I need even if I have to settle a bit. Their prices are competitive. I like the staff a lot.

Diamond has always been wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and NICE! No matter what other store opens in GP, I will continue to shop at Diamond because they have earned my business for years with quality products, good prices and wonderful service. AND they support the local community with American values!

Friendly staff to help find items. Stock can be a bit limited on some items. Prices are sometime lower then other stores on certain items and higher on others. Overall a good place for home improvement and gardening supplies, without having to go very far into town. Also, free popcorn in nice.

Local business is the best business. This store has the specialty items you cant find anywhere else. I do woodwork, and keyhole brackets are a major piece of my work. Diamond is the only place that has them. Bravo!

Nice hardware store, have purchased items that home Depot simply dosent carry and at great prices. Very nice fastener selection. Friendly staff.

Diamond is indispensable. They have so many products that Home Depot lacks, with a much nicer atmosphere and FREE POPCORN!!!
