I had tried several places in Salem and all wanted to treat my job as something they would get to if and when they had time. Its not like I was putting plastic or cheap miniblinds in...it was a sizeable job. The folks over at The Decorated Wall came out, went over options, made suggestions, and allowed me to make all of the decisions. Their customer service is beyond amazing. They communicated throughout the whole process and my shutters turned out looking great! I would totally use them again. If you want a job done right the first time with fabulous customer service and competitive prices this is the place to go.

I am very satisfied with my new Hunter Douglas shades and can really notice the quality. Dave was a pure joy to have in my home making sure those measurements were right and the install correct.
