We are really disappointed in the service of this particular Sherwin Williams as well as their manager, John. Every time weve had to go in there, they were always too busy to talk to us. Its a 40 minute drive to get to them, we always called before we left and they were never ready for us when we got there. Or shined us on to get us off the phone and then when we showed up acted surprised. Other Sherwin Williams stores go out of their way to make sure youre completely satisfied, this store goes out of its way to bilk you for every last dollar they can and then not warranty their product when things do not go as planned (or promised). They make claims about their products that are are false and then when you have an issue they flat out deny the conversation. There are many other places to get the paint and stain product you need. I suggest you keep looking. We are thoroughly disappointed.
