Horrible experience with the cashier Terri. I just picked up my trained dog from being groomed. The Groomers were awesome (as usual) and I wish I could pay directly at the grooming station!! However I went to check out and this rude disrespectful cashier had an attitude with me. She told me that my dog had just peed and I needed to clean it up. I never saw my dog pee and I told her this. She said you need to clean it up or have my 9 year old daughter clean it up. I was looking shocked and told her no way I would have my daughter do it. I started feeling embarrassed and slowly begin walking to the paper towel station to grab a paper towel. As I am doing so she states to me I just cleaned up three other dogs piss and I am not cleaning up another one. I told her first of all I never saw my trained dog pee, second why should I clean this up if you are getting paid to clean it up and lastly why am I getting treated differently then the three previous customers dog urine you supposedly cleaned up. She acted nonchalant and totally rude. There are other options in Slidell and strictly because of her I will not be going here again. I am super frustrated because she owes me an apology.

I have shopped in PetSmart for years and spend lots on my furbabies. However, after yesterdays rude and disrespectful way I was talked to buy two of the employees at the location in the Fremaux Town Center in Slidell, la, , l will take my business elsewhere. I will not set foot in this store again. I will be sure people I know dont get the same treatment I received. You should be ashamed of how these employees represent the store. I am a retired educator, and in all my years of working with the public I can not recall a time when I have felt so humiliated. Thank you for the awakening. It will certainly help me curb my weekly spending. A former faithful customer.

Brought my dogs in for grooming and they came back with tons of fleas! The fleas were so bad, one of my dogs chewed most of the hair off her back in a matter of a day or two. My dogs didnt have a single flea on them when I brought them in, as theyre inside dogs. I also asked for a Yorkie-style puppy cut for both my dogs, and my Schnoodle came back with her snout shaved. She looks ridiculous, and it will take months to grow out. Next time, Ill save myself the new flea infestation in my home and shear them myself instead.

Customer service is horrible at this location. In the last month on two seperate occasions I had horrible customer sevice. Stark difference between this location and the one on Airport road. Kristy the manager was very accommodating and empathetic however, I will not return to this location. Customer service is a big part of service.

My very hyper, excitable labradoodle was dropped off with Melissa. I had no idea how he would look, as he can be difficult to manage. He was BEAUTIFUL. Shdid an awesome job and left nothing undone

Its a pretty standard Petsmart. Prices are somewhat high (not higher than other pet stores), but are in keeping with the industry standard. This is where I buy my Blue Buffalo cat food.

The Drs and staff are very friendly, answer any questions with no problem. They make sure that your animal is well taken care of. The Banfield Hospital is the BEST!!!!!!!

Mostly go for banfield vet in back. But good for 1 stop pet shopping.
