They always have what I need ,except when they ran out of frozen medium rats which has only happened twice . Other than that they are knowledgeable and very helpful. I was able to visit the Petco in Poplar Plaza to get the medium frozen rats so all turned out well. The Poplar Plaza store was A-1 SERVICE AS WELL.

This petco is an excellent store to go to in comparison with other Memphis area petco stores. The staff very friendly and helpful, and the store is very clean. The live fish are healthy and the tanks are very clean and well displayed (unlike some other local petco stores). Will be a return customer!

Great store, OK workers This one worker seemed to be annoyed with me and didnt help with any of my questions and seemed dull and not happy as for the other day when I went there this one worker was very enthusiastic and seemed to love her job, she answered all my questions and helped a lot.
