Buying dog food when you live downtown is an absolute chore. But weve found our little oasis in this Per a Supplies Plus. We came in to pick up our regular order of dog food this evening, three 24lb bags of Blue Buffalo, for our three large greyhounds. Unfortunately its not one of the most popular foods so stock often runs low, but when we realized our bags were out of stock, the staff was quick to go out of their way and offer special ordering our food for us on a regular basis. Not only that but they matched the sale price per pound on smaller bags to get us through the week. As the manager Melanie was jotting down the price per pound I called the Broadripple location to see if they had it in and they confirmed they did, but by the time we found some treats and made it to checkout Melanie again went completely out of her way and double checked their own stock showing theyd have 3 bags in the next day, and even called broadripple to confirm their stock for our convenience since we planned on visiting their the next day and they were mistaken by a similar blue buffalo wilderness brand... Long story short, she helped us from wasting a trip today, tomorrow, any in the future, and made it extremely convenient out of the kindness of her heart. As an ex manager of retail for years I was thoroughly impressed, something rare for similar experiences these days. Thanks Melanie and staff!

Today was my first day going into Pet Supplies Plus, and all I can say is WOW! Everyone in the store was soooo helpful. My dog Dexter is 1 year old and has a very sensitive stomach, so I was a little concerned about changing his food. I had not only one, but two sales associates help me decide on which food to buy. BOTH of them spent a good 20 minutes with me. That is something that I have never had happen before. Normally you get the "Oh, this food is good for that .. Have a good day" .. But no, 20 minutes of explaining what is in each food and why it would be a good/ easy transition for Dexter! Pet Supplies Plus will definitely be keeping my business!!

For a year, I vet-hopped trying to find anyone who could help my allergy ridden pups...no luck. Everyone wanted to give them allergy shots, etc. It was the knowledgable staff at PSP who worked to help me find a solution via food! It was amazing...no more allergy issues and no more ear infections. Anytime I have a problem, I go to them first! Also, they have a great selection of food, treats and toys!

I took my puppy into the store today and everyone loved on him the entire time. It was so obvious the amount of love the workers have for animals. As I checked out, some of the girls played with him to keep him occupied and the manager even walked all of my items out to my car since I had my hands full. It honestly was the best experience Ive had at a pet store.

Made an inventory inquiry over the phone and Tyler took all the time needed to answer each of my questions, going so far as to pull stock and compare for me. He also notified me of upcoming plans for new Acana food lines. Kudos for outstanding customer service. This will make the decision of needing to drive 10 minutes more an easy one.

Staff is hit and miss in regards to friendliness. Most of them are eager to help find what you need for your fur baby. But some just really seem uninterested in why youre there. Great mix of food and treats from the basic big brand garbage to the smaller holistic brands.

Great place to bring your pets to go shopping. They have do it yourself dog washes, special days for nail trimming, low cost shots, etc... staff always friendly and available to help you and they know what they are talking about. Well staffed and super friendly.

Every time Ive been in this particular store, theyve bent over backwards to be helpful and to fuss over whatever dog Ive brought in. The employees have been very eager to get me what they think is the best for the dog- not just the most expensive. Great job!

Love the do it yourself doggie wash! The staff is super nice and always willing to carry my food out for me. They are very knowledgeable about the food and things. You can ask them anything! They do lots of work w/rescue groups too!!
