I went in today to buy two small fish. Something that shouldve taken 10 minutes took 30 minutes.. as I watched the man in the aquatic dept wait on another customer..for what took Forever and he never acknowledged me. After he finished with the customer.. he walked past me and continued to check his phone, talk to other employees, etc. I left with no fish.. went to PetSmart. I was out of there in 10 minutes. He could have at least said "Ill be right with you" or "Sorry for your wait". Nothing. Wont be going there again!!

Worst customer service ever. The cashier wasnt friendly at all. I understand you have to purchase an animal before holding them but if theyre bundled in a ball and i ask if we could see all of them i expect for you to at least move their housing so i could get a better look but i get told "umm, well you have to buy them first" i had plans on it but not after her attitude.

The groomers are wonderful and very gentile. I brought my cat for grooming for the first time. I was a little worried how he would react l, but Elizabeth and staff were so good with him, he did great! He looks great too! I highly recommend and feel safe leaving my pet in their care. Prices are affordable and they do great work!

Fantastic! They let you look around without being pushy (like how some stores are) and when you finally need help actually help you. Very friendly and knowledgeable without being fake or like theyre being paid to do it. Ill be back!

My favorite place to stop for pet supplies. Their prices are reasonable and the selection is very good (particularly quality food choices). This particular store is a little tricky to find if you dont know where youre looking.
