ANIMAL LOVERS 3 hrs · . Im going to try this here whoever you are. Your German Shepard puppy is at Petsmart in Pooler right now being groomed. I was checking out and I saw the woman holding your puppy by its neck to clip its back nails. The puppy yelped and theres nothing I can do because it isnt my dog. I had to leave to get food to my animal or I would have stayed to try and tell you but the woman was being way to rough with your puppy. Way to rough. Just trying to post it here. We went here to buy a filter system for our fishtank. They didnt have the one we wanted in stock so we went to the Petsmart on Abercorn. That location did have it. We were told if we had any problems we could return it to any Petsmart. Upon assembly we noticed that the system had mold, algae and hair on it. Since it was clearly used before we headed to the Pooler location for an exchange or refund. Once we stepped in the door we were ignored for a moment and were then approached and asked what we needed. My husband explained we were there to make an exchange for the used product that we had purchased at the Abercorn location. Well Chris was very nasty with us saying that we could not return it there and they didnt even carry that product so we had to take it back to Abercorn. He was very rude and dismissive asking if we even had a receipt. My husband and I were outraged so we left the store. As we leaving the parking lot, Chris comes running out saying he spoke with his manager and they can take the return so we wont have to drive all the was back to the Abercorn store. We got a refund and left. Needless to say Petsmart has definitely lost us as a customer one for the extremely rude employee and two for selling us a used product. We ended up buying the same product at another local pet store. We paid way more than we did at Petsmart but at least the customer service was great.

HORRIBLE GROOMING DEPT. Im done with this place. Theyve let my dog fall off the table during nail grinding - I complained to corporate, they assured me that would never happen again and pretty much begged me to come back. I came back what the exception that the guy was not allowed to touch my dogs....my account had been blocked. Apparently, staff are allowed to pick and chose the customers. They have created multiple accounts for me so they never get the right one. EVERY time I go through the motions - nope, wrong account...nope, try this....GET IT RIGHT. Most recently (today) told me my dogs records are not updated - they ARE - weve been twice since records were updated. I explain to the girl I have multiple accounts - she refuses to look and rolls her eyes at me so we left - Im DONE. Keep your animals FAR FAR away. Saw a puppy fall off the table today....I have only seen 1 person who works there more than once - they cannot keep staff. Store manager is a mealy mouthed man who is clearly beaten down.....WORST PLACE EVER for even a simple nail grind. RIDICULOUS. I will NOT be back. And I will spread the word far and wide.

I was extremely disappointed about how I was treated on Sunday May 1 2016. I walked in the pick up a few things for our dog and the adoption people were there and I saw a puppy that was perfect. Heres the problem they first want 350$ for a puppy to be " adopted" they dont even cost that much at a breeder, they also told me a lie that for the life of the dog all there vet bills will be cover. Then when I said 350$ is a lot for an adoption fee the lady became very nasty with me. We left and got lunch bc I was very mad at how u was treated. We then came back to get the things we needed for our dog and again I now spoke with a manager and she seamed to care less and was told that that lady has been nasty in the past. I now will no longer do business with pets mart. I was extremely disappointed and I will spend my money with other companies.

This is a review of the Grooming Service only. I have 3 fur babies, 2 with long hair - all with dew claws. We requested a full groom on the 2, a bath on the 3rd all with nail grinding. Upon completion and inspection no dew claws were cut and a few other nails were randomly missed. Also the longer hair babies feet were not properly shaven. We requested all of this be corrected. After a 2nd completion and inspection random claws were still not cut and the larger dogs feet still not shaven. After the 3rd inspection all nails were finally cut and we were tired of waiting for their feet to properly be shaven. On a hardwood floor this creates a huge struggle for our 11 year old. Save yourself time and get what you pay for by going to the one on Abercorn!

My experience was not so great. My dog has gone to Petsmart for 5 years between MD and PA. This location in GA was not very good. overbooked, and I could have cut my dogs hair better. Very uneven and I believe the clippers were either too hot or not clean as her body had visible red bruises that I could see through her coat. Also they clipped her nails but did not grind them or file them which means she scratches everything up but her nails are jagged. Another issue Ive never had. And lastly they over charged me and it was too crowded to go back in to dispute. Just wanted my dog out of there. Not very happy with the service here at all.

The worst service ever. The 2 girls that did walk past me and ask if I need help. I didnt think so at first but than I realized I did. So I stopped one of the girls and she barely answered my question and took off not even making sure I was getting the right thing.n Then there was the pregnant girl over by the fish who didnt know her head from a hole in the ground. She seemed like she didnt want to sell me anything. I dont see myself going back anytime soon
