Worst experience ever !!!! I would never recommend this place and Raymour and Flannigan! They just wasted our time ! We got there on Sunday to buy a bed we bought it with delivery and protection which is total bullshit. We decided to get it delivered on Wednesday. Tuesday we got a call to confirm a timeframe for the delivery which was 11am-2pm on Wednesday. My husband waiting till 2pm nothing happens. He calls Raymour and Flannigan and they dont know what happened and say they will give them a call back. Another hour later my husband gets a call back and they tell him the bed is out of stock and it needs a few more weeks. So he goes back to raymour and Flannigan on route 440 in jersey city to try and figure something out. They tell him he can choose a different bed for the same price. My husband chose a bed that was a 100$ more and they tell him its ok hell get it for the same price then the other and itll get delivered Sunday. Today we got a call and they tell us that they are backorderded on the new bed we chose till mid May. I am very upset and we asked for a refund which needs another 5 days till its back in our account ! Thank you Raymour and Flannigan for wasting our time !!!! Well never buy anything from you again ! Most unorganized and disappointing store Ive ever been too !!

Very bad furniture and very horrible customer service. I bought from Jersey City store a 13k worth of furniture most of it came defected. called the platinum service which the worst thing that you can pay money for they gave me the run around always making appoint 2-3 weeks later and during business days so its difficult for you and sending the same technician (Alex) who is always showing up 3 hours earlier and saying he can not wait or not showing up at all. called the Manager of jersey city store (Javier and Kim) he says he can not do anything till the technician comes to you and cycle goes on and on. very bad service and the furniture is very low quality. Go there if you want to get scammed. I should of bought from a reputable company like Macys. 4 Months later and they still didnt fix anything

Worst customer service, paid platinum protection plan from the first moment that I called customer services they gave me hard time, Was told to make an appt with the manager ( I did) and wait for more than 1 hour and nobody came to talk to me ( the storer was empty), after one week was able to see this manager and he was laughing at my face blaming others for my waiting time, they have to go pick up the old piece and still they are charging me a delivery fee. Stay far far away from this store

I love this store! Seeing the rare specimens is always interesting, and its a great place for gifts for yourself and anyone with a curious mind and an interest in the natural world. I have to hand it to the people who work there too - a lot of people treat the store like a free-access museum but I always get good service and answers to any questions I have. Be prepared for a busy but interesting experience!

What a magnificent furniture store. Such an array of different furniture styles. The prices are affordable and they offer 0% interest promotions. We placed our order for 3 rooms of furniture and had the delivery and set up in a few days. The delivery was on time and they were exceptionally careful not to damage the walls when coming up the stairs.

Love the quality and low prices. I purchased a living room set from bobs furniture and in a matter of 6 months the springs in the cusions popped and it took 5 months for them to send me a replacement cushion. Never would I shop bobs turn. Again. Raymour and Flanagan have the best prices and the quality is superb.

bad furniture, we bought bedrooms and living room from them, they stain easily even from water, they also peal easily!! its too late to return or complain i dont advice anyone to buy from them.
