Had a pleasant experience as a customer. They sold me a very comfortable mattress and foundation at what I felt was a reasonable price. I got delivery through their store, and it came when they said they would, and they got it up the stairs and into my apartment quite quickly! The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because they sold me a frame without the center support for my queen size mattress. Upon realizing this and calling them, I was told there wasnt really a difference between the two, but if I wanted to exchange it, I could for a slight increase in price. As everything I read online said a center support was essential for the longevity of a queen, I came in and made the switch, which was a fairly simple process.
