I had a salesman, Solomon, who I would describe as unreliable and definitely not customer friendly. I called him about an error in delivery. I ordered a $1000+ Serta mattress and received a less than $1,000 Beautyrest. When I called to ask about the error, he told me he would call me back, which he didnt. I called an 1-1/2 hours later and was told that he was with a customer. I called later on to say that I was cancelling the order and suddenly...he answered the phone. Ill leave this scenario for you to think about and come to your own conclusion. Needless to say, I would not do business with Solomon on Queens Blvd. again. However, his manager, Jeff handled the situation and I was pleased with the outcome. I am waiting to see if I will receive the $100 gift certificate that I was promised for the inconvenience. Update in a few weeks.

their furniture is crap and dont try to return anything! It is taking me months and I still have not received all the credit for the broken furniture I returned. I upgraded to a better couch and table but am still fighting to get credit on my account for all the furniture I exchanged. They make you put the whole amount for what is exchanged then promise the credit will be added to your account by the end of the month! It wasnt almost 2 months later!! I will never buy from R&F again

Great sales rep, super high energy . I think I had Kay. I also liked the free delivery and those dudes came in flying one day after buying it and had my mattress in my new apartment quick and no fuss.

I definitely recommend them instead of going for the cheap guys like Bobs furniture. The showroom is excellent and the sales person (Pat) and they offer great financing.
