Last week and this week I went to the Morris Plains location on route 10 west in Morris Plains, NJ to buy snowboard boots, have them look at my two snowboards and bindings for adjustment, fit, and to see if they need a tune up, and to look into a new helmet. I bought all of my snowboarding equipment from Pelican over 10 years ago so a change was needed. The salesman that I worked with both times in their snowboard department, CHRIS, was unbelievable super helpful! I believe his customer service went above and beyond my expectations when going to shop at a ski/snowboard shop. As I got to know him, he told me he has been working at Pelican shops for 10 years and just by the way he spoke to me and gave me advice, his experience shows through his speaking. Chris spent a good deal of time with me to make sure that the snowboard boots I was looking for fit exactly perfect for my stature, foot shape, and the way that I snowboard. I had tried on so many boots but really only one fit me the most perfect so I bought it. When I went back a second time to ask him about my snowboards and bindings, he gave me advice on which one I can still use and which bindings would work best for my riding. He also made sure that the bindings were setup on the snowboard properly for my riding style and comfort and tweaked any adjustments needed on the bindings. He also made sure just like my boots that I would find the perfect helmet to fit my head that fits comfortably and securely with the technology I wanted. Lastly, Chris also gave me advice on how to take jumps and to start slowly so I wouldnt kill myself. Overall, I had the best experience both times working with Chris at pelican shops to find the right equipment and to get expert knowledge about anything snowboarding. I would recommend anyone to see Chris for their snowboarding needs. On top of excellent customer service, the Morris Plains location has such an extensive inventory of all things snowboarding and skiing and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend anyone looking into getting new ski/snowboard gear or just advice about anything ski/snowboard to check out this location. I was not paid to say these things, I just want to inform everyone of the great experience I had here and will go back for future snowboard needs.

Pelican Ski, Pool & Patio We recently purchased a new table and umbrella for our patio from Pelican, Ski Pool & Patio. Pelican had a large selection of tables and umbrellas to select from. The Pelican sales staff were very helpful in assisting us to select the correct table for our patio. They were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and showed us several models to consider before we chose the one that we purchased. They also were extremely helpful and realistic with the selection of the umbrella and cushions for the set that was purchased. In addition to the patio set, we purchased covers for the umbrella and table that will be used for off season storage. The table and umbrella were delivered within a few days from when we purchased them and the delivery people were very professional. There were a few casters for the bottom of the chairs that were missing from the set and they indicated that they would mail them to us. Later the same day, they came back with the missing casters and installed them for us without us having to ask. We were very impressed by the service provided. We have been very happy with the set that we purchased and would recommend shopping at Pelican for outdoor furniture purchases.

Los trabajadores son muy amables y simpáticos, la tienda tiene muchísimos productos, desde ropa, muebles y piscinas hasta alquiler de esquís y snowboard. Los precios son muy buenos y siempre tienen descuentos en varios productos. Si tienes algún problema con el producto porque no te guste, no sea tu talla o venga defectuoso, no hay problema!!! ellos te ponen todas las facilidades y te lo cambian.

Went in to Pelican for ski boots and came out with one of the best shopping experiences ever. John was super knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect boots with the best fit a girl could ask for.. I felt very taken care of and the customer service was amazing. We loved it so much that My boyfriend had been in the market for a snowboard we just had to buy it form the experts. Chris took amazing care of us and again nothing but great things to say about the team at Pelican. Highly recommend this shop and go see John for skis and Chris for snowboards. Thank guys!

I loved the skis that I got and they were awesome all season. The thing that ruined my experience was the boy who sold them to me. I dont remember his name exactly but I believe it was Jordan or something like that. He was rude and he kept pressuring my family to rent the new option to buy skis. He is very creepy and he stares at all the cashiers. I came back about a month later, and found a very hard working associate other than Jordan. His name is Luke, and he was very helpful. Overall I disliked the service because of that stalker.

Thanks to Pelicans horrible return policy, I am now the un-proud owner of a $350 jacket I cant use. After purchasing a jacket, never wearing it, trying to return it with tags & receipt within the allotted 10 days, I am horrified to have been told they wont return it!!! They wont even give store credit!!! Its never been worn and its only 10 days after purchase! Needless to say, Pelican will never get me, my family, nor my friends business ever again!!!

Great selection of seasonal Ski Rentals . I have oufited my kids at Pelican for the last 20 years . Recently treated myself to Fisher custom fitted ski boots . Ray Bush fitted me and I have to admit it was the best boot fitting experiences I ever had .He truly is a Master boot fitter and he really took his time and made sure the boots were perfect . Next on my list is a new ski Jacket . Looks like huge selection . Cant wait to go back

I love this place! Great location, great selection, top quality, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I come here to prep for all spring/summer/fall/winter activities and my kids love it. I was recently in the market for new patio furniture and Pelican was my first stop. Found a set I love, with an employee who know everything you could know about patio furniture, at a reasonable price. Now I am all set for Memorial Day!

This is the place to go for your snowboarding gear. The staff is very helpful and on our most recent visit we were helped by Jeff. He was very patient with us while trying on many many boots, and he walked us through how to pick out the right snowboard as well. Point to any snowboard in the shop and they know what theyre talking about. Also a great place to pick up discount lift tickets.
