MY sister lives in Piscataway recommenced this place.We have purchased sofa set from this place with 5Years warranty.With in first year sofa was breaking apart and within one and half year top material is coming out.Dino was our sales rep and my sister also having same issue.we have called for the service.At first they do not pickup the phones.After multiple attempts, we got Dino on the line.he was very nice during sell time and over the phone was very rude.After talking multiple times .He agreed to send someone to look at it.We took two days off in row from work and But nobody showed up. sister and another close friend lives in Piscataway also found the same problem with the sofa. At the showroom ,they have a quality display model.But they delivered very low quality after purchase.Be alert with this guys.we have almost paid same or even more for this compared to brand name like Ashely or Jennifer or JCP. Frank We have paid very close to 1000 with warranty for 5 years.If it is really quality product then it will not tear down with in a first year.I had very cheap sofa($ 200) from Kmart and it still works.If We paid close to $1000 it falls apart with in few months.not just for my self but my sister also multiple people means it is not quality product.Your were refereed by sister and Friends who bought the sofa at that time they also have the same issue.As far as warranty goes,You need to contact me.I do not know any other company or Guardian.We made payment to your company for warranty so you are responsible for providing the service. and take care of the issue.

Beware of this place. Poor quality furniture and worst customer service. They do not stand behind their products. I bought a sofa set for ~$2500 from here. Looked very good but didnt expect that it would tear apart within 6 months at the armrests. Photo attached. There is no proper padding at the seams. After 2 months of calling their customer service they sent a technician who said "you are supposed to sit on a sofa straight and not lean on the armrest". Anyway after explaining that what he said doesnt make any sense he said he will report and they will look into the case. Again no response from them. Called again for another 3 months and each time they said they will get back . Last time i called they said they can replace the sofa only if i paid half of the original price to which i disagreed. Now they wont pick my call. Its still under 1 year warranty and they expect me to pay. Even my friends visited this place and said their price is much higher than other places and you need to bargain a lot. They ended up buying elsewhere in Edison for lower price and better quality. I also heard from another friend that their furniture place replaced a sofa for them just because the leather faded after 3 years and no questions asked. Wish I had done some more research before buying here. Would never ever recommend Tristate furniture. Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere.

Do NOT do business with these people. They owe me $1,840 for furniture they did not deliver and refuse to refund my money. I called Tri-State because they had a piece of furniture I wanted pictured on their website. They were happy to send a Fed Ex driver to FL to pick up my check because they could not take credit cards over the phone (should have been my first clue). After weeks I called after not hearing from them. They then said they could not obtain the piece of furniture (they never told me it was not in stock). It has been months, Dino, the salesman, keeps telling me that the check is in the mail. He gave me the owners (Frank) phone number. I have left messages for Frank and he has not returned one call. Dino keeps telling me that Frank has mailed the check. Now that has happened three weeks in a row that Dino has told me that Frank told him that he mailed the check that morning. Come on - he mailed the check 3 Thursdays in a row? Either Frank is lying to Dino or Dino is lying to me - or they are both lying. How do I know this, because the check has never arrived. They were so anxious to get my money that they sent a Fed Ex driver - dont you think they could Fed Ex my money back to me. Very disreputable. Do not give them a cent until the furniture is delivered to your door.

Dino helped us with the orders there. This place from the outside does not even look like a showroom. It looks like a warehouse. Have to press call button for someone to come and let you in. But inside they have descent amount of furniture to look at and most likely you will have to look at online catalog see what you like and order from there. He definitely gave me the best price I could find even compared to online and with free delivery and set up. If you sign up for there financing, 0% for 12 months, they even give no tax discount. Apparently the dining table I ordered came damaged from the manufacturer and they check it in their warehouse before sending it over to the house and just reordered another one. So ya definitely recommend checking this place out if you plan to furnish entire house/rooms. its not a place to go and find deals on odds and in furniture like that ashley outlet place in route 9. Oh ya do negotiate. there is plenty wiggle room from initial quote.

Almost all furniture we own is from here. Dino, Steve and Frank (the owner) are awesome! If you found a piece of furniture online that you liked, then bring the link and the picture to these guys and I bet you will get a better price quote than online. Their warehouse also has tons of catalogs from which you can choose furniture or decors for whichever room you want. I must also say that with these guys, your business doesnt stop with simply buying, they can be approached with any issues as well. For example, a couple of our ottomans feet got cracked recently, out of the blue. We brought them down to Tri State and Dino ordered replacement feet for no charge! The place is always crowded, so make sure you have enough time at hand when you visit. Also factor-in the time you will spend gazing at all the lovely furniture catalogs, be it contemporary, traditional or modern!

I have been buying from them for the last 2 years or so. I have used them to furnish my entire house. I am very happy with the quality of their product and the price I paid. They are an Ashley authorized dealer, and their price is better than the best price you could get in any Ashley home store. To keep the price low, they keep a limited set of furnitures in their store. You will get a lot of options when you order furnitures from the catalogue. That is what we do. All the Ashley furnitures that I purchased came in new Ashley brown packaging box. So I dont agree with the reviewer who said that they sell only used furnitures. They do sell floor items, and as with any floor items they will have some blemish. Pros: Price, Price, Price Customer Service Cons Limited floor items, and so have to order catalogue (Price makes up for it)
