Windermere Flowers & Gifts prepares the most special, unique and breathtaking arrangements in town. I dont bother to go anywhere else because I can always count on them to exceed my expectations at a great price point. I can simply call and give them the setting and colors in the room and they will create something unique that always seems to prompt conversation the moment people enter a room. I have called upon them for both personal and event flowers and always with great feedback. They treat every order, large or small, with equal importance and priority and their flowers are always fresh and long lasting, never with a mass produced look or feel to them. I know that when my teenage daughters get older and need flowers for their weddings, this will be the place I will count on to provide something very special, unique and that will photograph beautifully as well. The owner, Rebecca, is one of the nicest people youll ever meet and also gives back generously to the community. It is such a pleasure to do business with her and her team.

Im writing this review in hope no one else suffers the pain caused my family by Windermere Flowers & Gifts. My mothers service was on Feb 10,2015. I had recommended Windermere Flowers to Family members outside of Orlando to send flowers to my mothers service. They were close and had a 5 star rating. The flowers ordered were never delivered to the service. I called to complain and they offered to send them to the house. How was that going to help. The service had already taken place without the flowers. I COULDNT VERY WELL GO BACK & REDUE THE SERVICE. They had already taken that from us. No other flower delivery that day had an important time stamp on it as did my mothers funeral service. Why they were not delivered first is a great question. I believe they never intended to deliver the flowers and didnt think they would get caught. I HAVE TO SAY I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE WINDEMERE FLOWERS & GIFT.

Spectacular florist and amazing customer service! I sought out Windemere Flowers and Gifts because it was conveniently located, and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made. I was facing crunch time, having only planned my wedding about two weeks prior, and needed flowers ASAP. Not only did they help me make the right choices for my garden wedding, but they accommodated my ever changing needs up until wedding day. My bouquet a purple orchids was the star of the show! Everyone was raving about it and it provided the perfect pop of color. The florist also suggested I throw rose petals in my pool, which we did and it looked so romantic. They never sank either. Without reservation I would recommend this Windermere Flowers and Gifts again and again and they have earned my lifetime business.

Windermere Flowers & Gifts created two of the the most amazing and outragiously beautiful floral arrangements Ive ever had the pleasure of sending. When we described the elements that we wished to be included ... bright, bold, colorful, interesting and bundled beautifully to create a real "wow factor" we were told with great enthuisam, "absolutely no problem at all." To say that we were beyond pleased is an understatement. Our recipents were also overjoyed with their arrangements and equally impressed with the tremendous creativity that went into their positively stunning arrangements. They undoubtedly played a role in our friends rapid recoveries, in part because they were so beautiful and because they lasted much longer than one would expect! Thank you so very, very much!

Knowing that I am a huge fan of orchids, my husband decided to surprise me with an orchids arrangement for my birthday. The arrangement I got was not even one third of the description from the arrangement they had advertised on their website. All the bamboos were missing and the arrangements size did not matched the one on their page as well (Please go to yelp and under Windermere Flowers & Gifts reviews, take a look at the picture I posted there). When my husband brought these issues to the clerk that handled him the arrangement, she gave him a really bad attitude and did not take responsibility for the crappy work they did. If you really want to avoid a HUGE disappointment, please refrain from ordering flower arrangement form this flower shop.

I used Windermere Flowers & Gifts for my wedding and never looked back. Not only did they help me with my vision for my overall design, but they really exceeded all expectations on the day of. Every centerpiece had so much pizzazz and was like nothing Ive seen at any other wedding. Since then, my husband and I make it a point to only ever order flowers from here. The quality cannot be matched. We literally drive 20 minutes out of our way to go here rather than right down the road. The flowers always healthy and last longer than expected. I also love being able to just say... "Give me something fresh and sunny for $$ this much" and they are go overboard every time. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I cannot tell you how many times I have called these folks - typically Vaughn and sometimes Rebecca - to place a last minute emergency flower order. Every single time they have produced beautiful arrangements and provided outstanding customer service all within the time frame requested. I Contacted Windermere Flowers through Facebook because of a last minute order. They had options on their website but I didnt want to chance that the order could not get to the location in time or that they had to order particular product. Not only did they answer my questions extremely fast and ensure that my flowers would get to the funeral before 10am, they also sent me a professional photo when the flowers were completed this morning. Coming from a daughter of a flower shop owner, Windermere Flowers definitely is at the top of the game when it comes to customer service as well as design! Thank you so much!

I recommend Windermere Flowers to anyone looking to send a special gift. The flowers my girlfriend received were very beautiful and lasted for a good length of time. I would most of all like to comment on the service I received from this floral shop. I called to check if the flowers had been delivered, and the customer service representative was very helpful. I even received a call from the delivery person confirming with me what they were to do since the door was not being answered. Great products and customer service.

I just ordered and received a flower arrangement for my mothers 95th birthday. The owner, Vaughn designed it and it is the most amazing and awesome flower arrangement we have ever seen. My mother cried when she saw it. She cant stop looking at it. I have seen thousands of arrangements over my career as an event manager, this was by far the most beautiful.
