Im rating this a 1 because zero is not an option. I ordered flowers for a friend that is traveling abroad to be delivered to their loved one for Valentines Day as a part of an intricately planned surprise. Although the credit card was charged and included an exuberant $12 delivery fee, the flowers never arrived. This caused very hurt feelings and a glitch in the plan. I called the florist this morning 2/15/17 to find out what happened and an very uncaring person said, "Oh, well try to get them delivered tomorrow, 2/16/17-(2 days after the anticipated delivery)". I explained this was unacceptable and asked why they werent delivered and was told with so many orders the business just must have been missed. Again, no caring or compassion for their mess up or even an acceptable apology for causing misunderstandings and tears on what should have been a very happy occasion. I advised I wanted the flowers delivered ASAP and was told "Well see what we can do". Im beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate business or a scam. If the flowers are not delivered today, I will be contacting FTD or whomever they may be affiliated with an reporting them as well as contacting the BBB for assistance in an acceptable resolution. The service is horrible and completely unacceptable. I will warn everyone I know to avoid this shop at all costs. You may pay a few dollars more, but there are many more florists in the area that will appreciate your business. Would we have been charged for flowers that never arrived if I was not so completely aware of the situation? How many people from out of town pay for flowers that are never delivered? Im appalled a the lack for professionalism and concern.

I made an order on 2-14-17 before 8am with a request they deliver to my wife at her place of business before 3pm, was guaranteed it would be done...THEY NEVER DELIVERED...I called extremely upset, in an effort to not have to refund me they then offered to deliver at my home by 6pm...THEY NEVER DID THAT AS WELL...Yesterday 2-21-17 I called and asked to sepak with a Brian who is the person who identified himself as the Manager on 2-14-2017 only to be told he is No Longer Employed there...I spoke to a young Lady expressing my ordeal and requesting a refund...THESE CROOKS kept my money and NEVER delivered much less given me a call back nor refunded my Money....Totally SCREWED up my Valentines Day with my Wife and 100% messed up our dinner plans because we stood home waiting for an arrangement that never arrived as promised.....DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES!!!!! CROOKS---SCAMM----THIEVES!!!! CALL ME ILL BE HAPPY TO TALK TO ANYONE 407-860-0500!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was meant to have flowers delivered yesterday. They couldnt get through security. I called back and a lady told me they would be delivered very soon and ill get a call to pick them up at the gate but they never arrived. When I call now I only get the voicemail. I waited around all day on my birthday for flowers that never arrived

Very Efficient Service. You can walk in and place your order, which will be ready in minutes. The ladies there are so attentive. Highly recommend if you are on a budget but still wants something presentable. Most flower shops in and around Orlando is an arm and a leg.
