Ive never had an issue like today. Normally im on and out, store is clean, shelves are nicely stocked, and the employees are exemplary. Not today! I guess they decided to inventory and restock the frozen entree and dessert isle at 3:00 pm. Access to this isle was all but completely cut off. Although allowed to transit the isle and told they would move should I need anything the stocking carts were every 4 feet with boxing debris on the floors and employees on their knees working. I didnt know exactly what I was looking for as I was shopping but I knew I would be getting items from that aisle; or so I thought before entering the store. As I stated, no one was anything courteous in their words but I wasnt comfortable asking people to move so I could shop knowing I may not be getting anything from that particular cooler. I went home, dropped the groceries I did get, and finished my shopping at another chain. Disappointed, thoroughly disappointed.

Closing the pharmacy with such short notice was callous and careless, I found out when I attempted to refill my prescription by phone and was notified by a disconnected phone number, calling the next day and being a forwarding to the CVS across the street. How thoughtless! Peoples health & lives were carelessly dismissed. Extremely disappointed with how closing the pharmacy was handled. Ive been shopping here for a long time because I always enjoyed the experience. Those that work(ed) there were always helpful and pleasant, yes including the pharmacy. I understand that for bottom line purposes it may have been necessary to close the pharmacy, but there is no reason that it had to be done that way. Ill cool off eventually and resume shopping there but as I have for the last week or so... Ill pass (literally).

I really dont know how to rate this. Went this morning to get some medication filled and the lady at the pharmacy was so hateful. I explained that we normally go to Walgreens while I was asking some question. She was very rude and refuse to fill my prescriptions and told me to go to Walgreens. I refused to leave without speaking to a manager. The Manger Jeff seemed as baffled by her actions as I was. After he spoke to her in private she eventually filled my meds. These two employees are polar opposites. Jeff was very helpful and courteous. I just wish I had gotten her on video acting the way she did. Why is it so hard for people to just do their job? Nice big store...nice manager and our cashier was nice too. But the big lady in the pharmacy needs to go!

For one, they are open an hour later; thats a great thing for people on the go. Different shift workers and forgetful husbands (guilty) have a place to get what they need so they dont have to wait until tomorrow. Plus, theres one cashier; understandable at this hour, but the manager thats helping his employees opens up a register to get us through quicker. See a manager stocking shelves impressed me. Im actually in the parking lot typing this because Im impressed. My cashier, Noor; exceptional personality! Kept us all in a good mood as we moved through the line. Great job Winn Dixie!

Only reason Its a 1 star is you cant rate lower. I have came in this store for 2 weeks trying to pay my JEA bill. And after 9 visits its still not paid. I always shop here and with the pharmacy no longer open, so since I cant pay JEA and get my rxs while shopping. There is no reason to keep buying my groceries here. My $200 a week wont close you, but I will give it to someone who will provide services to me.

Great place I always go here when grocery shopping. Nice clean store and very nice team with friendly cashiers. They also have a good wide selection of different foods as well my only complaint would be is that in the back by the restrooms you can smell them when you walk past and in the aisles close to them but other than that great place to shop.

Clean store but difficult to find some things since i usually shop elsewhere. Picked up a piece of meat and when i got home discovered it was out of date and had a small spot of mold! Probably a one time thing but gives me pause. Staff was kind of slim and this is a holiday weekend.

Very nice people but I cant stand when they print stickers that say "was $1.99 now $1.00" I shop here 2 sometimes 3 times a week I know what prices have been and not all of the prices have dropped. The price of Prego sauce was $2.00 even but now its higher..

Love saving my money here but no was able to help me carry out my groceries to my car. One of the many perks of going to Publix is the service and the friendliness. Might go back if something is a good deal but rather pay a dollar extra for customer service.

Not the newest or nicest Winn Dixie, but the customer service is friendly and the store is usually clean. I would suggest they up their bakery marketing in store here, as nothing ever really stands out or grabs your eye (and I have a huge sweet tooth).

Great place to get in and out. We love getting the fried and grilled chicken here. Hot and Fresh and everyone is friendly!!! I love the sales on beef chicken and pork!!! Winn Dixie always tries to keep your business

My only day off is sunday. So i go to w dixie there is almost never any if the specials out.they should be restocked at night or even better have a meat person there to help with the things i would like

Can be hard to see from the main road if you dont know its there but its an easy grocery store to get in and out of, parking is easy, and their produce and shelves are well kept and organized.
