When I got my tax return I wanted to get a new bed so we found Slumberland on the website. It was not recommended to us and wed never been there before so we were going in with blinders on. Id wanted an upgrade from the twin bed Id been previously using. My father went with me just for a second opinion. We walked in and it only took a minute for an employee to greet us. We told him what we were looking for and he took us right to what he thought would work. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I feel bad now though cause Id forgotten his name, he was an older gentleman lol. Anyway, when it came to ordering, at first he said itd be a couple weeks before we got the bed and asked if we were in any hurry for it. I said I was because Id already had a horrendous experience at another furniture place and wanted my bed in kind of a quicker time. So he was nice enough to place a dummy order to see how soon we could get the bed in. He said it would be a week and so I took it. It was kind of expensive but cheaper than the last furniture place I had been to. The salesman said theyd call two days before to give me a two hour window and they did exactly that. The delivery would be Thursday March 24, 2016 in between 12:30-2:30. Im kind of a worrywart when it comes to things like this so my worry was that theyd be in at like two and take thirty minutes to build the bed. But no, they surprised me by coming in thirty minutes early and setting up the bed in less than a minute. There were three of them so I guess that made building the bed easier. All in all, I am a VERY, VERY satisfied customer. Im glad now that I have a bigger bed so I wont be afraid of falling off my bed whenever I change to a different position, lol. Thanks Slumberland and your warehouse for being efficient, on time or early in this case, and quick. I will be shopping here again should I need more furniture in the future.

This place is horrible! I ordered my couch and ottoman on Friday August 4th. I was told it would be in that following Tuesday, August 8th. Then that Tuesday the 8th I was told it would be next Tuesday, August 15th. Then next Tuesday the 15th I was told Friday, August 18th. Well folks, now its Friday the 18th @ 4:30pm still no call from Slumberland saying my order is in yet, so I call again. They say my couch is in but my ottoman could be a couple more weeks... Some advice, save yourself a headache and shop at Homemakers instead!

Ordered tables and was told they would be there on a certain day, they were not. Also, some of the people who work there, (Tom), are very rude.
