I have successfully used Wabi Sabi in the past. Lately, there seems to be some growing pains that have resulted in an attitude that is less than friendly. I brought some items in two weeks ago and was told that they were too busy to look at them and to bring the items back in a week. I brought them back a week later and was once again told they were too busy to look at the items. She then pointed to a backlog of items needing pricing. I was told to call first or send a picture the next time. There wont be a next time because I took the items to a resale shop that benefits breast cancer. Their web site needs to be changed to say that potential consignors should call first or send pictures. It appears that walk in is no longer an option.

This business has high-quality furniture and accessories at amazingly low prices. It is a pleasure to be in the store, because everything is so well displayed. Wabi Sabi is the first place we go when wanting furniture and accessories. Owner Kay Frandsen is a degreed interior designer, and it shows both in her selection of goods and in their display. She is a very nice and friendly person, approachable and helpful.

I have been to the shop a couple of times. Love looking at the little vignettes and displays. Have also purchased several items. I have never found the staff rude. I plan on stopping by today, which is what brought me to the website. My only negative comment is, stop making excuses for your staffs behavior. Customers are customers, your staff represent you.

A beautifully curated store! I bought a gorgeous mother of pearl ring as well as a funky magnetic bracelet when I was in the other day. The staff could not be more helpful. They were extremely knowledgable about the jewelry I was looking at and were friendly without being pushy. I cant recommend this store enough.

I love this consignment shop! The eclectic mix appeals to a lot of different tastes. I have consigned and purchased with Wali Sabi, and have been pleased with the service and pricing on both.
