Ive purchased a recliner of the floor as well as a reclining sofa and loveseat that needed to be custom ordered because of the fabric we chose. After we recurved the set, we realized that the one cushion was flatter than the rest. Called and they got a new cushion that needed to be installed by an upholsterer outside of our home. Picked up the sofa, had it repaired and returned the next day. Tremendous customer service all the way around! I wouldnt hesitate to purchase anything from this company from the Home Furniture Warehouse. Previously, we used Raymour & Flannigan and were burned severely by overpriced garbage furniture. Everything Ive purchased from this wonderful local company has been excellent and well priced. Best of all is that youre left alone when you want to browse. Every other furniture store Ive been to Ive been followed by vultures who will not leave you alone from the minute you enter through the doorway. A++++++!

This is not really a review about the store itself. Their service was very good. That is why I gave them 2 stars instead 1. The reason I wanted to give 1 star is because the Ashley bonded leather sofa we bought from them that they said was durable turned out to be real garbage. It cracked and pealed after just 3 years and now we have patches all over it just to hold it together. Maybe this review should go against Ashley but unfortunatley for the Home Furniture Warehouse Store in Newton they sold it to us. Be careful what you sell.

Lots of better brand furniture at discount prices. Helpful staff, not hard sell. Go in, see what you like, buy it or dont! Ask for help thhough, they have so much more than what is on the floor, many brands/catalogs.
