Had a great experience while purchasing my first new sofa. The salesman found me exactly what I wanted at the price I could afford. It wasnt until they delivered the sofa in my living and took off the packaging that I saw it was red, not brown like I had ordered. The delivery men checked their paperwork and it all said that the sofa should have been brown. So back on the truck went the red sofa and they told me to call the store to find out when the right one can be delivered. I called and the supervisor of custom service Felicia told me she would contact the warehouse and find out what day the new one could be delivered. My grandparents who live next door to me were having a recliner delivered by them(I had recommended them due to my "good" experience that far) the following day so I figured they would just have to put the brown sofa on the same truck as the recliner and deliver it the next day. NO it couldnt be that easy they need an extra day to make sure they dont make the same mistake again and to figure out where they went wrong. Really how much time does it take to look at a couch and decided whether its red or brown? So now Ill be without a sofa for a total of 3 days and what do I get for compensation? Just the $90 delivery fee refunded. I work in customer service and can not image ever letting a customer be as unhappy as I am now. When I told Felicia that I will never do business with them in the future her response was "Okay Thank you Good-bye." They really dont care about the customer here after they get your money.

We had a great experience when we were purchasing bedroom furniture....of course anyone loves when you buy their products. We were told that our furniture was put in the warehouse on hold, because we were getting the whole bedroom remolded. So in the weeks to follow, when we made our payment, the lack of communication was very disappointing. No one not even our sales person Terri, (we even had Clifford look over our paperwork) attempt to tell us that 2 pieces out of 6 pieces were on backorder and not available until July 5th. My fiance was very upset..because we received a phone call the day before our delivery. What??? They offered us a 50 dollar gift card to the store....ooooh REALLY??? Its a shame that what started to be a great experience and was ruined by the lack of communication.
