Were at our wits end. Purchased the protection plan for our new bedroom set. Within a few weeks the storage drawers broke away from the footboard, technician said it cant be fixed. They agree to replace it BUT only on Wednesday or Friday!!! OK so Ill take time off work for something that never should have broken but after 3 pm. They say no-can-do. Have to be there all day at their convenience! They are great at taking your money, but rotten customer service when something goes wrong .

Recently we bought a lot of furniture for our new house from this store. The quality is really good but the way they deliver it to your house is horrible, they scratch my doors, made two cracks on brand new oak stairs and scratch the walls. Delivery guys didnt even have the measure tape with them and didnt even apologized for what they did. Their customer service offered us 150$ to repair the stairs( anew one to repair
