I like the products at this store thats why I tried to shop there, I just dont understand the staff or the management which ever is the cause of the problem. When they have multiple registers open and there are multiple people in line at those registers they will pull people out of a line and put them in front of you because they were in the other line longer. I understand the concept, like Block Buster and other stores, but the other stores have ropes and signs to tell you thats their policy. Here there is nothing, no signs, no ropes, nothing. So for weeks you can go at this store and stand in line and check out normally with no problem and then one day when you get up to the register and you start to put your items on the counter they stop you and pull a person out of the other line and put them in front of you and ring up their order. Well Im done! There are plenty of liquor stores and a Costco right down the street. I would suggest for you to keep moving if you are considering to purchase anything from here.

I have been having a horrible time trying to move. I went into the store to try and see if they could get me some of the drinks I fell in love with but for some reason discontinued everywhere in Florida besides in Jacksonville. I was assisted by Drew who was able to get this for me. The Jacksonville regional manager brought a case from Orlando and his regional manager brought it to the store. He said if it wasnt there soon after the manager came back from Orlando he would get the managers location and get it himself. I thanked him for the courtesy but said I would wait. He kept in contact with me the whole time and was more than helpful. He remembered me when I walked in and had it all ready for me. A plus service!!!

Love the deals and discounts. Most of the staff is super friendly & are very welcoming but there are some dont even smile and are not pleasant as if I am putting them at a inconvenience. I go there regularly so I can tell how my experience will be based on the associates working at that time.

My husband was racially profiled in the store an employee kept following him when he was shopping it was so bad and blanted that he refuses to go shopping in the store and we really like the store but if we are going to be disrespected our business is not wanted

The staff are incredibly knowledgable and helpful. The selection is extensive. There is a wine cellar where it appears you can store your own wine in a climate controlled environment. There is even a return policy in case you do not like what you purchased!

The staff at this location is always helpful and friendly. I stopped by 5 minutes before they closed on christmas eve (I know, I was being a pain) and they took the time to help me and never once made me feel rushed.
