Oh Wow, we walked into Auntie Annies Pretzel shop around 5:40 PM at Tanger Outlet today Oct 11, 2016, Southaven MS to encounter 3 very unfriendly women (cashier and 2 workers) behind the counter. They did not attempt to interact cordially when we were requesting a pretzel that they did not have out, but instead rolled their eyes, snickered and spoke rudely among themselves out loud while other customers were standing in line. We did not find that our request was out of the ordinary as there were 2 people standing in the background also waiting on a pretzel that was not on the warmer but being baked. Please have Auntie Annies consider customer service etiquette before they allow a cashier to stand in front of their cash register representing the company. Also, more integration of other races as cashiers/workers, would make the atmosphere balanced and enjoyable. As a side note, we noticed their garbage basket they were working around had baked pretzels thrown in them. We have so many starving people, why not institute a 50% off deal for misshapen pretzels, or donate them to the food shelter instead of filling up a garbage can? Most likely will not be going back to Tangers Auntie Annies, it is worth the trip to drive to the Germantown Mall for better customer service and attitudes.

I really really dont understand the purpose of building this mall. I stay 3 minutes away and when building it I was saying they were not going to be finished you could see them rushing towards the open date. They were not finished with the parking lot or even done hanging the signs. Why open the mall if its stores your still building such as H&M COACH ETC... I mean SERIOUSLY you move half of the stores from the Southaven Center to the outlet HOW IS THAT EXCITING. You dont have a Victoria Secret, Polo Nautica and ppl are making negative comments about others upset about a food court. Its not about being fat (RETARDS) The outlet mall in ATLANTA has am wonderful inside food court. It just compliments your shopping. Eat shop. THINK HERE PEOPLE. THEN I really dont understand why the entire Mall is not covered so if its raining you have sone covered??? OHHHHHHH AND ITS PATHETIC THAT YOU HAVE KIDS STANDING OUTSIDE HOLDING SIGNS CHARGING $5.00 TO PARK AT THE CHURCH ACROSS THE STREET. ITS OUR OUTLET WHY PAY TO PARK. THIS Is not the Fair!!!!!!I can keep going lol.

I had been looking at some duck boots I wanted since Christmas and continued to go into Bass at Tanger Outlets in Southaven, Ms to see if they were on sale. Well today (Memorial Day) I walk into the store and the advertised price was $135 with %60 off which would make the boots $55. I take them to the counter to check out and Chase Gonzales an employee at Bass in a very rude manner said he would not honor the price that another employee must have put the wrong sale tag on it. He changed the price in front of me and my girlfriend and walked off. I asked him who the manager was and he said that he was but on LinkedIn it says he is only an assistant manager, I have contacted Tanger Outlets and Bass Corporate Office I am waiting on a call back. If this is not resolved I will not shop there anymore. I have been wearing bass shoes for almost 30 years and have gone to Tanger almost every weekend since it opened. I guess we will see if my loyalty is worth the $25 difference in advertised price. If so I will re post the outcome.

Overall I like this mall. It does host several vendors that can only be found in Nashville (3 hour drive) or further. I do agree with other reviewers that I would like to see Polo/Ralph Lauren and Victorias Secret. I also agree that it would be nice to have more options beyond Auntie Annies for food. A coffee shop would be a nice touch and I feel having a food court would naturally promote business for far too numerous reasons to list here but I feel that they are obvious. The prices outside of Coach and Michael Kors arent outlet discounted in my opinion but also not retail. The venue is clean and nicely landscaped. Bathrooms are easily accessible and clean but the place is new so time will tell. I will make a trip there from time to time (Its over an hours drive for me) to have somewhere different to go for a change in scenery. I hope it wont fall from grace like everywhere else does. (Wolfchase and the mall of murder/Memphis).

I love the Tanger, Southaven Mall. I appreciate the cleanness, location, outdoor seating, water features, fire pit and covered portions. I enjoy the office where you register your receipts and get points for gifts. I LOVE the choice of nice shops. I would like a better or more "you are here" maps, as I often have problems finding my way to a shop. To have a map of the shops at every corner in the mall would be helpful. People are always asking where ______ shop is located. I wish there was more choices to eat in the mall so we would not have to take car, loose parking spot and leave. I think business is slow for now, as it is new, but I hope it does well. I am always telling people what a nice mall, and great prices at Tanger. A visual security guard would be good, maybe prevent a crime. Also, wish there was a toy store. Thanks for this opportunity.

Ive actually been to this mall a few times since January and its a pretty great place. A lot of new stores are being moved in and the stores that are there always have great deals. Being a Tanger Mall Member is a quick and easy thing to do and it only takes a one time fee of $10. After paying for it, you receive access to as many coupon books as you need, which have great deals ranging from 10% off your entire purchase to deals that can give you up to 50% off your purchase. Plus, the coupons in the book change quite frequently, allowing new deals to be found with ease. The staff that work for Tanger are very caring about the well-being of their customers and the store associates of the stores always do their best to make sure that you the customer find exactly what you are looking for. To sum it all up, I, of course will be going back soon!

WOW!!!!!!!!! Having lived in several cities across the US and knowing what an Outlet Mall is REALLY supposed to be, the prices are EXTREMELY too high. I will not be shopping there because of that reason. I was truly surprised when I saw some of the prices because some of them were actually higher than the regular store prices. Since a large majority of the people here do not venture too far from home, they apparently think that they are getting great prices when they go into some of your designer named stores. They have no idea that are really getting ripped off and could get better prices if they went to the REAL store and purchased the same items on sale. Tanger should remove the word Outlet from their sign, it is a real rip-off and false advertisement. Michael Kors, and others that they are not used to seeing
