I bought a 24" Peterson log set from Fire House a year ago. The guys were great that assisted me. They helped me find the perfect logs to fit my fireplace. Then the logs quit working - 6 weeks ago. I still do not have working logs and have been told multiple times that Fire House is waiting on Peterson. I believe them. Its just been too long to go without a fire! Peterson never responded to a note I sent weeks ago. I do not know what else to do...besides wait, and go without a fire over Christmas! Update: Again, Fire House has been great to work with. Peterson gave me an option to replace my logs or wait on a fix. I chose to replace the logs but it was after the cold winter weather was over. Ive used the logs a couple times since then and the fire went out after about 2 hours. Fire House blocked the heat from getting to the control box and now everything is OK! Ill find out for sure when winter comes and I use the logs again.

After weeks of shopping for a cantilevered umbrella online and locally, we decided to keep our business local. We had a wonderful experience at The Fire House Casual Living Store in Raleigh. The store manager, Brian Adams, was very knowledgeable and eager to help answer our questions. He showed us a larger version in the warehouse to actually operate. He guided us through our order on a Saturday and had it installed that following Monday morning! The delivery crew contacted us an hour prior to arrival and had it up within 15 minutes. We strongly recommend shopping at the Raleigh store since we feel confident they will stand behind their products.

Really enjoyed shopping for our patio furniture at The Fire House Casual Living Store! They had a lot of selection and our sales person (David) was very helpful in the process. Further, we could get it in a very short period of time (ie, 4 days) versus have to wait 6-8 weeks. We will be back! ...we went back and bought a double chaise lounge for our sleeper porch and had another great experience! Like with the patio furniture, they had great quality to choose from; the sales and delivery people did another fantastic job! If you are in the need for patio furniture, I would highly recommend The Fire House!

We recently bought a Jotul wood stove from Jonathan at the Fire House Casual Living Store and we had a great experience. We came in several times to look at products before purchasing, and we received great service each time. He was very informative and was also accommodating after we bought the stove and needed to wait awhile before having it delivered while we searched for the right hearth pad. There was a small mix up with the heat shield that came with the stove and it was corrected at no charge. I would definitely go back to FHCL if I was in the market for another stove.

I contacted Fire House for replacement sling fabric for Woodard patio chairs. I also shopped their new patio furniture and almost bought but would have to discard my still good ten year old set. I did order replacement fabric, dealt with Kevin and Bryan and found them both most accommodating in my search to save my old set for a few more years. I will buy new from Fire House when the time comes and I already look forward to that event. I would recommend you give FH a chance to more than satisfy your casual furniture needs.

It was only our second stop in our outdoor patio furniture search, although I had done massive research on line prior to leaving the house. We wanted a dining set that would last and look good for years. We were willing to spend a little more money but when we stopped at the Firehouse and was told it was $700 than the exact same set across town, SOLD! It was not a stock item but they assured us it would be at their store within 2 weeks. Professional, Reliable Service, Communicated clearly and delivered as promised.

We just came in to look. Half an hour later we left excited to have found exactly what our porch needed for wicker furniture. And the cushions are the most comfortable weve seen. Mr. Kaufman was helpful beyond the call of duty. He felt like an old friend by the time we left. It was a Sunday. On Wednesday two extremely courteous and friendly men delivered our purchase and set it up for us. Well think of The Firehouse with gratitude every time we relax or entertain on our screened porch.

Sales staff was very helpful -- went out of their way to try to find a match for some older furniture I had which was no longer being made. In the end, I found a unique design in their showroom which I was taken with. It complements what I already had, but doesnt compete with it. Service and delivery was prompt. Pricing was reasonable compared to other stores I went to. A good experience and I am thrilled with the quality and beauty of the chairs we chose for our porch.

We ordered a fire pit table and two barstools by Woodard from The Fire House. Our salesperson was Dave Lutwak. I would highly this store as our experience with them was very positive from the beginning to the end. Dave was very patient with us and was very helpful explaining our different options. The men who delivered the furniture were very courteous. The sales manager asked for feedback after our delivery. Customer service is excellent.

Had a very good experience with the FHCL store. Had been waiting for two weeks for a quote from another company on Gas logs. Got tired of waiting. Should have gone to The Fire House first. Jon, who assisted me, was excellent and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a great setup and a good understanding of the logs i purchased. I will be back for other updates to my fireplaces and deck.

After over a month of sending a remote to the recommended repair location, then leaving my unit at this store for over a week and a half. Only to finally driving back to the store after no one would return my calls to be told sorry we will not warranty this, would you like to purchase another one? They have a huge showroom with lots of furniture and fireplaces. The sales people seem like they know what theyre doing especially when we asked about the different pros and cons for gas fireplace options. Beautiful furniture too. It seems expensive at first but Ive compared pricing and nobody has that kind of high end furniture for as low a price as they do. Great experience overall.

Ive been into the shop several times since moving to Raleigh. The employees were always helpful in answering our questions about a gas fireplace and patio furniture. Our recent purchase of patio loungers was a smooth transaction. I am very happy with the the home delivery as well. The driver called shortly before arrival and took the chairs to our desired location. Highly recommended!
