We purchased lawn furniture from Classic Furniture seven or eight years ago. Last summer we returned two of the chairs to Classic to have worn fabric replaced. This was in July or early August. We followed up in the Fall and learned the chairs were still here and had, in fact, been lost in the store. After several calls and a visit, no one seems to have any idea where our chairs are. All we hear every time is, "well check on it." Its now late April and we are still missing the two chairs. Terrible service from what seems like a chaotic business.

Purchased a couple of Stressless armchairs, footstools, computer tables and a large clock. We are happy with our purchases. Was prepared to make additional purchases for items that i saw and left messages but no one got back to me. Removed a star and purchased elsewhere.
