My review will be twofold. I believe the products are lovely, but I think that the salesperson should have been friendlier. When my furniture piece was 10 weeks instead of the 6 to 8 weeks and still hadnt arrived (and they had been asked to rush it), I had to go on my own to contact the company president to get it delivered the week that I needed it. They did. The delivery men could not have been better. They arrived both times within minutes of time I was given, very consistent in making sure that nothing else would be disturbed when they brought the furniture in, and a credit to Classic Furniture Essentials.
