Bought a $1,200 desk from Havertys, which ended up not working out dimension wise, although it also came with a nice gash/chip on the front. A few days later they came to pick it up and did so. Thats where the customer service ended. As youll note on their website, refunds are supposed to take "10 days" (doesnt say business days or not) so after that period of time, I called and was told that I should have the money the following Monday. A few days go by and I found out the refund wasnt actually initiated until I called them. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited a few more days (enter: interest charge on $1,200) and find out that the charge was actually refunded to a card not even on my account that I do not own. Long story short, theyre starting the process over again and well see how long and if it actually happens. Why doesnt it even take that long when their own team picks up the product?!?!?! Maybe Im just spoiled on Amazon...

Dawn Murphy is AWESOME!! If you are planning to purchase furniture, go here and ask for her. She first helped my wife and I on purchasing a dining room set. She did a great job in listening to our requirements and making suggestions per our guidelines. She was always there to help when we were being indecisive and asked many questions. She was very patient and did not pressure us into buying anything until we were absolutely sure. We were so pleased with the experience here, we came back and purchased our entire living room furniture with her assistance. Thanks Dawn. You have finally made our house feel like home.

All furniture is out of date, looks like they found it in some dumpster. Other part is too classic, too sample. If you looking some nice furniture, you in the wrong place, go to some where else. When I was trying to open some dresser it stuck barely move with awful sound, this furniture is peace of work. Terrible.

I like this furniture store a lot. The staff is very nice and they all seem to work together nicely. The quality is well worth the prices. I have purchased a few items from here and will go back for more. I am a strong believer in you get what you pay for.
