Charlotte saved my sons prom! He decided to attend with a friend and did not tell me until the night before! Teenagers! So the next morning I made a mad dash to a local florist who was too busy to help with our same day needs and recommended Appletree Flowers. Charlotte and her staff were also extremely busy. However, Charlotte treated me like I was the only customer in the world during our brief consultation. She turned our order around in record time and nailed it! I will no longer use any florist but Appletree Flowers. Amazing job Charlotte! Thank you for saving the day. His date loved it!!

Ordered a premium, very large heart-shaped spray at 8:00 p.m., on a Friday evening for a Saturday morning early service. This order was well outside of their normal business hours, and before the service started, in it came. The congregants attending in the large church were turning their heads at the beauty and artistic design of this incredible spray. It was stunningly beautiful, and we are extremely grateful for the lightning-fast creation and delivery. TOP-NOTCH service with an incredible artistic touch. Thank you; thank you!!

Amazing customer service along with an outstanding product. I love this business because it is family owned and operated. I used Appletree Flowers for my wedding and I could not believe how beautiful the flowers and displays turned out. I also use them several times throughout the year. I can feel at ease when I place my Valentines Day order because I know that it will be delivered on time. Flowers are always the best quality and stay fresh for a long time. Called with a last minute need for two dozen red roses and 1 additional rose painted silver for a 25th wedding anniversary. Not only were they perfect, they even added silver leaves for added emphasis. Didnt need them for a few hours but was told theyd be ready in less than an hour and they were. Definetly going to be a repeat customer! Why I hadnt seen this shop before is beyond me. Its the BEST florist in Plano!

Amazing. Appletree offers free shipping to local deliveries and the customer service is, simply put, on top of things. In a rush to get flowers ordered and sent to wifes working place, I had forgotten to add a signature to the card. They called me promptly and fixed my mistake. Appletree saved the day and kept me out of the dog house. They are bookmarked as a favorite at the top of my list.

I was referred to Appletree by another florist who was unable at get an item that I needed. I called Appletree 10 minutes before they closed and the offered to design my item the same day. I walked in to this cute little shop and ended up buying other items. The staff is very nice and the arrangements are gorgeous! Thank you soooo much Appletree!
