My sister had an unexpected death in her future in-laws family. I was to order a flower arrangement on my familys behalf, but it was all so sudden that I had to locate a florist quickly. The funeral services were out of town for us, so I looked on Google for a florist in Frisco and saw the good reviews for Simply Blessed Flowers and called them first thing Saturday morning. I knew that florists are closed on Sundays and the flowers had to be at the funeral home early Monday so I was nervous I wouldnt be able to find anyone that could do an arrangement on such short notice. The lady I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable and gave me many suggestions. She assured me it was not a problem at all to get the flowers to the funeral home early Monday. The staff there was very proactive and called the funeral home to confirm the services. They even caught a typo on the name of the deceased (my fault)! The staff was kind enough to text me a picture of the flower arrangement, and it was absolutely gorgeous! My sister and the family of the deceased were very pleased. Thank you, all the staff at Simply Blessed, for your exceptional customer service in a time of sadness and for making a beautiful flower arrangement on such short notice.

I wanted to get my girl white roses for Thanksgiving. I called every where and no one had them. I called SBF&G and Billie answered the phone. Not only did she have them, but she helped me decide on how they were suppose to look. I told her that I would leave her in charge of that. That turned out to be the best desicion I ever made. She also helped me plan on how and when to pick them up and she even gave me a few secret tips on how to make sure they look beautiful for our big day. My girl was so excited and she absolutely loved them! Every one at our Thanksgiving party complimented on how amazing they looked. I am so happy that from now on SBF&G is the only place I am going to be buying flowers from. Thank you soooo much!

Simply Blessed Flowers and Gifts are unlike any other florist I have ever dealt with. Billye and Suzanne are creative, responsive, lovely people. I have worked with them for several years as they have supported Frisco ISD staff and student events. Their centerpieces are always absolutely beautiful. The floral sprays they create for our graduation ceremonies add so much to our stages and thus familys photos of their students as they walk to get their diplomas. Every detail from ordering , collaborating, delivery and set up is taken care of exquisitely. Try them and you will be as big a fan as I am.

Ordered some flowers the week of 4th of July and they were out of some of the flowers I really wanted. They delivered the arrangement and my wife loved them. Got a voicemail from the shop owner a couple days later. She said she felt bad they were out of some of the flowers and was sending me the arrangement I really wanted at no charge for the inconvenience. They were even more beautiful and my wife was very happy. Great customer service and they made me feel blessed.

I called them needing an arrangement within about 30 minutes. They were very friendly on the phone, very helpful, they agreed to put together an arrangement with flowers that had just arrived. I got there early to pick it up, they were just as friendly in person, and the arrangement was not only ready on time, but it was extremely well done -- a sight to see. Thanks, Simply Blessed! Spent over $200 on roses and a box of chocolate for my wife on our anniversary. Roses didnt get delivered to her office until 3:15pm. So she only had an hour to enjoy it. Out of the countless times Ive order roses to be delivered to a office, by noon it was delivered. And to top things off they didnt deliver the box of chocolate. How can u possibly forget that. They should know better the 2 always goes as 1.

I highly recommend this Floral Shop! Their price was unbelievable and the customer service was off the charts. They were very engaged in the sale and helping me find exactly what I need. Finding something I was looking for was so simple and above my expectations! I look forward to visiting their new convenient location at Preston and Lebonon. Just remember they are currently located inside the hospital.

I live in Houston and my family here wanted to send same-day flowers to my sister in Frisco for her birthday!! I tried looking online for a florist and couldnt get anyone to pick up the phone!! This florist picked up the phone and was able to help me right away and get some very beautiful flowers ordered and delivered within a couple hours!! Very impressed with their service and quality!!

I should have known that a florist called Simply Blessed would be wonderful! I am in California and needed to send my niece some flowers and a gift card. After calling 3 other florists in the Frisco area, I finally found one that would actually help me get a gift card! The women at Simply Blessed were so helpful and accomodating. They were very helpful over the phone with assisting me in choosing flowers for our arrangement. They even sent me a picture to my cellphone before delivering the arrangement. They also called to update us when they had a problem delivering the flowers because our friend was not home, but they contacted our friend on her cell and made arrangements for where to leave the flowers.

I called at the end of the day and even though the last delivery had gone out, they agreed to make the bouquet I requested and deliver it that evening. The bouquet was beautiful and the recipient was thrilled (shes even asked for this same arrangement to be sent to other people). Would definitely recommend Simply Blessed. Excellent customer service and lovely arrangements.
