WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you want to surprise your loved one DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! My birthday is today and my husband bought me flowers. They called me two days ago asking for my husband I told them I was his wife and they proceed to tell me they were from I love roses. And then said "oh oops I guess I ruined that suprise, didnt I?" WTF?!? Dont tell me where you work?!? Make something up! I work in the diamond industry and have dealt with similar things and was able to come up with a story on the spot so I didnt ruin anything. So I told my husband they called and he was mad of course. He told me they would be delivered at 10:00 sharp. I guess I Love Roses has a different opinion as to what 10:00 sharp is. They showed up at 11:09 exactly. When I called to complain the manager or owner Alex said they called because they needed to verify the payment. Okay thats fine but when you call and its the wife that answers call the OTHER number given DONT SAY WHERE YOU ARE FROM! He wouldnt refund anything for the flowers but said he would refund the delivery charge since they were late. I wasnt asking for the whole 100 dollars to be returned for running the surprise just something and he wouldnt. Again dont buy from here unless you want the surprise to be ruined!! I have never been so let down by a company before.

I am an out of town customer. I ordered Mothers Day flowers from I Love Roses for my mother in law who is in a local nursing home. We have had problems getting things to her before so I was unsure of sending flowers. I Love Roses called me to let me know the delivery time and then called me again to let me know they were delivered. I was able to call and communicate with the nursing home and my MIL to make sure that she had received them. Not only did she get them but they were exquisite! My MIL and the nurses went on and on about how beautiful they were. I am very pleased with I Love Roses from placing my order to the final product. They have great care and concern to make sure their customers are happy and that the recipient gets the biggest thrill from their product. I will definitely be sending more flowers and goodies from them in the future! Thanks I Love Roses!!!

I absolutely love this place. The Managers and Staff are amazing, fast and handle every customer as if you were family. The flowers are unbelievably beautiful and smell so good and are arranged to your liking and can personally guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. They can provide services for any arrangement or event that you may be planning. The store also has many set ups that are already done so when you walk-in you can purchase and take it to your loved one or (ones). Thank you I Love Roses for your wonderful service and gratitude

A couple of months ago I needed to send some roses/carnations to my daughter at her new job so I called on a Monday morning expecting delivery that afternoon sometime, instead she received her flowers in less than an hour! What a nice surprise!!! I was so pleased with customer service, delivery, all of it-- Rodriquez family knows what they are doing in Dallas,Texas!!! I will be using this florist again!!! My loves this place! Great service and you actually get what you see online. Unlike FTD or other websites with generic photos. Flowers must be on steroids because they last at lot longer. Nice large flowers and last forever!
