When I order flowers for a special occasion, I know that I don’t have a second chance to get it right, so I make sure I use a florist that I can count on. I have used the In Bloom location at Coit Road for all of our family’s special occasions, and have never been disappointed. Whether it’s for wrist corsages for our son’s prom and homecoming, flower girl hair wreaths, or centerpieces for the holidays or other occasions, I have always been very happy with the flowers and the presentation from this store. I also occasionally stop in to pick up small arrangements to add some fresh color to my home. I know I can always count on In Bloom for whatever I need and their people are always friendly and helpful.

Completely dropped the ball delivering flowers to the church for a sisters funeral. I PERSONALLY provided all pertinent details regarding person, place, and time upon order. They committed to on time delivery with NO Problem. Upon inquiry, after family flowers WERE NOT at the funeral, they admitted error was on their end...then said it was the fault of the church- the church told them the wrong time. I had already given them the name, specific place, and TIME of the service....as family, we should know....we were going to be there!!!!! What an embarrassing and horrible experience for a time that cannot be re-captured.

I placed an order for a sympathy arrangement (multiple plants) and had it picked up by someone else for a co-worker. I saw it when I returned to work and it looked nothing like what I ordered online - everything had been substituted. My co-worker was appreciative and he liked it but I was disappointed in the order. I called and Josie was very apologetic and offered a resolution for the stores error. I was pleased with the outcome and would give them a second chance.

I ordered some flowers online for someone in the hospital. I usually call in or walk-in to one of the stores, but thought Id try on-line this time. It was such a breeze and was done without a hitch. The recipient loved the arrangement! I even got an order confirmation online. I will plan to do it this way from now on. These guys run a top-notch operation.

I wanted a pretty, colorful arrangement that could be sent the same day. The website was easy to use, so I never felt the need to call to place my order. The flowers were delivered same day, and were every bit as colorful and beautiful as the arrangement in the picture on their site. I could not have been more pleased.
