Ordered an arrangement a day in advance and requested AM delivery. I called after 11:30 to confirm my order as they had not yet arrived. The name was confirmed and I was advised they would still be there today and were probably going to be there soon. I wouldnt have been as disappointed if I didnt have to call again 3 hours later to find the order was lost and wasnt going to be there on the requested day after all. Pleasant to speak with over the phone, but not a great experience overall ordering for delivery ~

I have been a customer of Shotwell Floral for many years. It is such a great feeling to walk in the front door and be greeted with a warm hello and a smile. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful - I find that they go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I am looking for. I am proud to support a family-owned business that takes such great care of their customers. I hope they are around for many more generations to come!

Asked for a simple favor over the phone. Wanted to know what kind of vase theyd make a succulent plant in. Lady talked down to me, as if I was a burden for even calling and asking something of this sort. Sorry that I want to know what Im paying for! Told her many times just say yes or no, but she went around in circles. Said she couldnt help me with this because shes too busy. Wow!

Recently purchased bouquet of flowers for one of our team members birthdays. Selection on their website was great and the order was delivered way faster than I expected after placing our order. Everyone was very friendly and overall great experience, will definitely be using again!

Ordered flowers for my wedding and they arrived half hour late, which pushed my pictures back a half hour. The vased flowers were beautiful, but the bouquets were not at all what I had asked for.
