I bought a 99 Lexus from Roselle motors in June of 2015, my car was fine for the first few months. But after that Ive had nothing but problems in December of 2015 I was told I had to get a new transmission on my car which totaled a little over $2,500, as the mechanics worked on my car they said that it looked as if someone had been working on my transmission before! (how can someone work on my transmission if Ive never taken it anywhere to get worked on) so that in itself told me that ROSELLE MOTORS KNEW THE CAR HAD A BAD TRANSMISSION after that my breaks went out, which was another $300+, I tried to trade my car in and get another one that was cheaper. They told me I had to bring in $1000 for taxes on a new car and theyd be able to get me a new one with no problems. The next day I took my car they said that I would then need $2,000 for a down payment on a new car, and they would put my remainding balance which was around $5,000 to a new car, meaning I would be paying for a broken car that I no longer had. Because I didnt want to be in anymore debt I kept my car, Ive had an exhaust leak, a hole in my muffler. Ive had nothing but issues with my Lexus, and it simply boils down to they sold me a lemon. In my opinion, theyre total scam artists and knew that the car had issues before selling it to me and lieing to me saying that the car was in perfect working condition. I dont think they even deserve 1 star, they should be shut down!

Such terrible customer service, dont waste your time or money there. I will be reporting them and making an official complaint to the Better Business Bureau after this post. My husband went to see a truck, applied for financing, was told to go Saturday and he did and he also put a $1000 deposit on the truck he wanted and he was told to go back on Monday with the other $2000 he needed for the total deposit but that the truck would not be sold since his initial $1000 deposit would hold the truck for him and it wouldnt be sold to anyone else. He goes there today and he was made to wait ALL day for hours and hours only to be told that someone else bought it today as he was there at the actual dealership. They sold it to someone else right in front of him and gave him his $1000 back. This place is the worst at negotiating, theyre bad at sales, and they clearly have no sense of customer service and no commitment to the own agreements they make. Theyre are millions of dealerships out there, pick any one but this one. Its a bunch of shaddy sales men in cheap suits trying to make the quickest dollar possible without any regards to the customer. Jose Cardenas was the sales man helping my husband and he was the one who took his deposit on Saturday and he also happened to be the same guy who sold the truck my husband put the deposit on to the other customer. That is as shaddy and as much of a slime ball as it can get.

!!BUYER BEWARE!! ZERO STARS!! Take some time are read other peoples reviews of this dealer. They all seem the same. I stopped in to look at a modified Off Road SUV on Thursday. First off they had the SUV listed for $3500 over Kelly Blue Book value. Took it for a test drive and found a number major issues.Missing exhaust resonator, Bolts broken on driver seat. head light out. Keyless entry not working. However I was able Negotiated a lower price. Got the price on paper and filled out a credit app. It came back 800+ and they told me they want to use different backs for this type of score and I would get a call Monday. The sales manager Jose Cardenas looked me straight in the eyes and assured me he would call Monday morning and that I would be able to come and pick up the SUV later that day. Come Monday I never got a call. I come to find out they sold it over the weekend and never bother to call and inform me. 9 out of 10 reviews in English are one star. This is a low or no credit dealer and they have 0 regard for customer service. This has been such a headache dealing them. Never any return calls! Very dishonest. Seriously just looking to make a quick $. Do not trust this dealer!!!!!

This has been my "go to"used car dealer for the past 3 vehicles I have purchased. I purchased Ford pick-up, Dodge Neon, and my most recent purchase was a week ago with an 07 Ford Mustang. Jose Cardenas has been my sales guy that i truly put the my most trust in when it comes to giving me my best option in purchasing and financing a vehicle. He always works hard to make me a happy customer. And always gives me the best advice on what car i should buy for the best bang for my buck. Not only that, but if there is an issue with the vehicle i purchase he always goes out of his way to resolve the issue. I will always look for Jose Cardenas if im in the market for another vehicle. I also would like to mention that his team were very nice and patient with me when i was being attended to. I dont think id be driving this new vehicle im driving if it wasnt for this dealership helping thru everything despite my credit score. Thanks #teamroselle for putting me in a vehicle that im enjoying driving everyday. Definitely would be coming back and recommending to family and friends.
