This is - hands down - the worst company Ive dealt with in the last several years. They have sport specific tabs on their website (soccer, football etc). Navigate to that tab and you find subcategories (socks, uniforms, balls etc). I purchased "soccer socks" from the site and this is what I received. They are over 1/2" thick, so the childrens cleats will not go on over them, and have so many strings inside they will be destroyed by velcro on shin guards. I called last spring and inquired about these same socks, and was told they would work great for soccer, but we had too many girls that were not in a size 12-4 shoe (lots of 11.5s). We waited until this Fall to order these. Got them in and this junk is clearly not functional for soccer. Called to request a refund and was informed Id be paying ~25% of the cost to return them. Includes losing original shipping, return shipping, and a RESTOCK fee. I shouldve known what a shady company this is based off that return policy. When I called to explain the situation and asked for a manager I was informed by Christia that THOSE SUBCATEGORIES TABS ARE NOT SPORT SPECIFIC. So even though you think youre buying a product for "soccer" since theyre on the "soccer socks" tab... They arent being sold for soccer. So theres nothing they will do. Its either be stuck with junk socks that wont work for what they were sold for, or lose 25% of the money sending them back to this shady company. I feel like they are falsely advertising their products. They have no concern or care for their customers - even those that take the time to call them and ask questions in the first place, and then take the next 35 mins it takes to call BACK and explain why the product isnt appropriately advertised. I was basically told I shouldve known theyd be 1/2" thick because the % of each fabric makeup is listed on the site. Does anyone here assume that something made from 90% acrylic and listed as an "athletic sock" under the "soccer socks" tab is going to be so thick children cant put their shoes on? Theyre just capitalizing on the general public trusting that theyre selling the things they say they are and representing them accurately. HORRIBLE company, HORRIBLE customer service, and clearly theyre FALSELY advertising their products and have no intention of correcting those predatory practices. STAY AWAY it isnt worth it.

I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star... This was simply the worst customer service experience I have ever had personally or professionally. We selected next day shipping so that we could send the jerseys we ordered to our printers and have then ready for the season for our kids ages 3-7yrs old... The package did not arrive as Epic sent it to the wrong address. When I called about it, I was rudely told there would be no refund or anything for this. I asked to speak to a manager who again rudely told me they didnt make a mistake and wouldnt at least refund the amount of the extra shipping cost (which was over $120)... and that it was "too bad" that the kids wouldnt have their jerseys... Then past along again to someone who talked down to me and in a very condescending tone tried to tell me that the error was probably auot-fill on my website browser and that they would rather keep the extra shipping money than keep a customer. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Epic to choose someone else... This is not the first time we have had problems with them, but it will be the last as we will NEVER order from them again! I would rather pay more to a company that values their customers. Not sure what to tell 85 kids who wont have their jerseys on time for their first game. Bottom line is that Epic made a mistake, then compounded the mistake by not owning up to it and doing the right thing by refunding the shipping cost (at a minimum). We used to place big volune orders for hundreds of dollars from Epic, but we will not make this error in judgementioned again... Please dont let this happen to you or your league...do business with someone who cares about their customers and doing whats right.

This was going to be y second year ordering with Epic Sports...as I manage a softball team. Honestly it has been the worst experience. We ordered softball pants Womens/Girls Teamwork Slinger Softball Pants SKU# E9178. The pants were a terrible fit on so many of my girls. Certainly not a true fit. With a terrible time crunch we made the decision to return the pants and just replace them with something we could find at our local sports store. After returning the pants back I received an email about a week later confirming that they arrived. I was told that it could take up to 30 days before I see a refund plus I was also going to be charged a restocking fee....Well I am the manager so that came out of my pocket unfortunately. Well after waiting the 30 days I still had not heard anything so I called Epic Sports back after that call ...I coincidentally received an email that I should receive a refund within 24-72 hours. Well after waiting 72 hours which happened to be on a Friday....Still nothing. I called on Monday and they said they were not sure what was going but would look into the matter. Then I receive an email showing me that the refund was submitted and released but to an account...a Visa card I have never owned. What the HELL???? There are two different confirmation emails that have two different accounts....but most importantly I have not used a VISA So I am still in the middle of getting this resolved...I can assure you that I will not be using Epic Sports again and I will be sure to let me league know all about it. Signed Broke Manager....

****EPIC FAILURE****** ****FIND ANOTHER COMPANY**** Jerseys had incomplete sizing info and ended up being way too small. Condescending and "stellar" CSR told me "well theyre lacrosse jerseys", like the customer is all-knowing and is suppose to know everything about their products. Glad that the CSRs have this information but yet fail to share it on their websites for their customers looking to purchase riducously undersized clothing. ------------- I paid shipping ($13.39) on my initial order for items that had INCOMPLETE sizing info. Had to return (paid for shipping $11.00 via USPS). Placed new order for correct jerseys and sizes and paid for shipping yet again ($13.39). During refund process I was docked again for shipping on my initial return ($13.39) by Epic sports. So essentially I paid three times for shipping on one item??? Do the math, almost $50.00 dollars in shipping cost for jerseys that had incomplete information. ------------------------------- According to Epic sports, what they had for info was "complete". Using that logic, these particular jerseys only have chest sizes, and no lengths associated. So complete info is chest size only? Last time I checked shirts and jersies have lengths as well.... They also have shipping arrangements with UPS, so no wonder theyre unwilling to waive just one shipping charge and willing to lose a customer over $13 dollars. Spread the word and find a better company who doesnt have their products made in Pakistan and other countries.

Ive ordered almost $500 worth of merchandise with them over the past few months including my softball teams jerseys. Ive ordered dozens of softballs and gear. Even with all that, I ordered one pair of closeout softball pants for $14.99 that showed a picture of an open bottom hem. The pants I received came with elastic at the bottom. I called and talked with their customer service department and they told me that because the word elastic was in the description there was no mistake on their end and they wouldnt do an exchange for me. They told me the picture comes from the manufacturer and they have no control over it. So, even though the photo was wrong on their web page it was my evidently my fault because I didnt read the fine print carefully enough. If I wanted to do a return, I could pay to ship them back to them, then order a new pair and pay to have those shipped ($7.95) to me (basically shipping on both ends would cost more than the cost of the pants). Oh, and just for good measure the price dropped on these pants to $11.99 a few days after I ordered them but they wouldnt do a price adjustment for me, either. Maybe Im just old school and I should learn to accept the fact that this is the way businesses treat customers these days. Needless to say I wont be ordering again from this place. You lost a customer who would have used you again and again in future years for softball team services over a lousy pair of $14.99 softball pants.
