Cant say enough about customer service. I have one of the first residential Precor Ellipticals purchased from Mid-States many years ago that finally required replacement parts. I relocated to WA and could not get the local servicing rep to help or show any interest in helping me salvage an expensive piece of older equipment. I took a chance to see if Mid-States would be willing to help a long distance customer. Kyle at Mid-States worked with me to diagnose the potential problems, sourced the parts from their inventory, and mailed them to me. I think they would have helped regardless of the original purchase location. I have a working product now thanks to Mid-States!

Was looking for a good used Commercial-grade treadmill for our family. Found what I wanted at Mid-States and they had several to choose from. We got the one we wanted at a good price. Less than a year later, it was making a strange noise. They came out right away, found the problem and fixed it. Great service!
